those are rewards for contributing to the system - which personally i think they are an appropriate token of gratitude from the administration to the help certain users are giving to the administration itself. if you ask me, apart from certain peculiar cases, said rewards are deserved.

No, gears are the only thing that can be salvaged. Mats, special mats, and bindings are in a different category.

it means they cannot be earned by salvaging a vanilla one. but if you have forged it, standard 90% rule still applies.
therefore yep, i'd forge it. you can still retrieve them back later

- Get some perks
- Get a good mage set and forge it a bit

Which, in my opinion, is much better than trying to create a set that will be finished months from now (and will probably be quite weak since good mage pieces cost a lot of credits).

whatever. you can also auction it. but the reason why we're suggesting you to do so is that there will be people willing to pay a king's ransom for it because of reasons, while if you had to equip it you will barely see the difference against, saying, a mid-tier Legendary. as nice of an upgrade it may seem, at your level it's worth way less than the credits it may bring.

honestly im seriously considering selling it.

im not really a perfectionist or anything, i love using exquisites, feels like an ocd at this point. seeing superiors amongst my ice mage build triggers me.
problem is, most legendaries are high level and low level ones are from old patch. so if anything, i would be glad to have more information before selling it.

like should i sell it right away, or just focus on leveling up so i can get recent patch legends or something like that.

I suggest you to sell it and buy 1000 noodly,you can easily get several full legendary maga set at your level and rest credits still enough for a gold star and many perks
