Just started playing again after a few years, so how does this potency thing work in item world.

From what ive gathered from reading its just playing all power armor till i get juggernaut as first potency if not use amnesia shard. Then trying to get all to level 5 juggernaut and only use amnesia shard if i dont get another juggernaut level for how long ?

and for melee butcher/fatal lvl 5?

vivi keeps a great record of IWs he's done on his -> Vivi's WTS thread
He shows progress of each potency he gains through pics of excel sheets.
Check out the entire thread for all of them.

They're good reading on how the IWs progress and when he throws shards at it.
He has Dark Descent, so warning that he shards less often and takes a few more risks due to it.

But great guide on what people want, and his way through the IW.

Potency is additional effect you gain after you done item world a gear.

How long to get level 5 juggernaut at your current level? It's depend on your gears, your play style, you time to play. But I can say you will take months to get it.
At your level item world process is hard. Because of monster damage will increase every round until you finish.

For what you says about playing style,
Yes, at your level 1hand with all power armors is the best. Try to get a slaughter rapier as your weapons if you would like to play at high difficulty (nintendo and above). Axe also good for lower difficulty.

For the best potency you asked.
Yes, butcher/fatality for weapons and juggernaut for armors.

Edit: Like RoadShoe said it's better to use other player service for IW. It's faster and cheaper than you do it yourself at your level.

Mentats sucks. Cryst is nice if you grind. Go for Demon Duality!

What's a good way to earn credits? Been doing as many arenas as I can per day lv 200 and below (did the 225 a day ago, never again) for the mob drops credits and boss item drop, especially that sapling. Any other ways to generate credits/items to sell faster than that?

More seriously: equip good gear, get good scripts, use your spells, scrolls and all as well as you can, and finally hit as hard as you can.
As a side note, there are players who buy the SG trophies. For a wealthy price, that is.
Don't forget to do FSM ROB, noodles sell for more than 50kC.

By leveling up more, which will then let you earn credits faster. No method other than leveling up (outside of HV) will have anywhere near the huge positive effect level scaling has.

If it takes 20 mins to play the Trio and the Tree, no wonder why you don't find the courage for what's next.
You gotta motivate yourself to use more powerful gear and strike faster.
If you're not doing it already, start using scripts. And use your infusions to power up your weapon, especially if it's not IWed, and even more if it's not prefixed either. That'd be much better than selling them, really.

Long story short: you gotta find new ways to be more efficient and reduce the time it takes you to go through everything.
