Pretty sure that it increases by 0.5% per level.

have a question about awards.
since most if not all of em gives daily hath, im interested to get it but dont know which i can actually win.
is there any sure-win award? even 1 hath/day reward would be nice. the kind of award that you just have to participate to win...

Yearly Christmas lotteries. Every year between 25th and 31st of December. Free cookie. When in doubt, ingame description prevails. You can also read the patchnotes on forums, if you want to be really sure.

not always. for example, spell descriptions are known for being not-so-accurate, since they don't consider the effect of upgrades from abilities. just a few examples: maximum-upgraded Protection (+50% from abilities) is "reduced" to 25% by ingame tooltips maximum-upgraded Spirit Shield (20% HP from abilities) is "reduced" to 50% by ingame tooltips maximum-upgraded Shadow Veil (+25% from abilities) is "reduced" to 15% by ingame tooltips and so on. personally i'd trust patchnotes from tenboro, especially if they are recent enough. What, exactly, is the base EXP bonus given at each Dawn? I vaguely remember reading somewhere that it was 1/20th of whatever the "to next level" amount is.
How do Adept Learner and cookie experience boosts interact wth the Dawn bonus?

have a question about level and drop rate.
since (i believe) loot drop chance affected by monster PL. should i just keep on leveling to lv 300+ so that i can start getting good gears?
or going lv 300+ without good gears is a suicide move?

Monster PL only boost drop rate (up to +15%) but not quality. Just play at the highest difficulty which you can handle.

thats the problem, if i keep playing highest diffuculty for me then i will level up in no time. hence the question, is it a bad idea to just keep on leveling without preparing good gears?

im just worried since now even on normal difficulties im starting to struggle. its rare for me to 1shot things anymore. i cant stand the thought if i go lv 300+ i will end up 6++hits to kill normal mobs.
