What's the mainhand weapon? axe/club/rapier? should I reset my DW abilities?

Just use another persona slot for 1h heavy. You have 3 free personas to make different builds. As for the mainhand, find a rapier of slaughter and a kite shield/buckler of barrier/force shield. Focus on picking one with the highest block or if there are multiple shields with almost the same block, pick the one with Endurance

Armor isn't important (yet). If you have a Light set, it's fine to use that until ~250. Heavy armor only becomes preferable once you're pretty tanky and can start using Power (to increase your ADB) without being negatively impacted by the loss in defense much.

Well, if I consider first comment, which it's next to nothing, I guess I won't earn a lot from it. At least, not even cover the amount i paid before to obtain them (though, they did serve their purpose before, and thanks to them i can farm easily and generate more than it).

Considering they are all Level Unassigned, they are actually worth something. Low level players have a very hard time finding good equipment without soulfusing.

I think that he meant is that they are trash compared to nowadays average.

I have checked your first two gears, and let me tell you: your Mag Power Armor is even worse than nowadays Average Power Armor, as its ADB is far below, and one looks for Power Armor for its ADB. Looks like Power sets were really weaker some updates ago. You could sell it for between 10k and 20k to ignorants who don't look at base values, but it's actually not even worth 4k in terms of combat capability.

You still can check my shop to compare the values and prices, to give you an idea of what you could expect from your gears. If it were me, I would sell lvl unassigned Exq for at least 5k, and rare exq for 20k, regardless of the stats, because hey it's level unassigned. With good stats/prefix/suffix, it'd be between 7k and 30k.

The shadow veil effect is it's own, while burden burns your natural evasion.
It will work, but it's a very low %, since it's only itself, hence quite... not efficient.
Before you can find a decent/good protection heavy set, feel free to use them. Their help is small, but it's there.

For 1h build, you won't really need shadow veil since you want to counter enemy attacks with block for the 3-turn stun + overcharge gain instead of dodging. Other buffs are still helpful

Shadow Veil still useful for 1H if you can't deal with damage income (especially for low-leveled player @high difficulty).

If you are determined to go elemental mage then it's essential that you get that perk. Don't expect to go pffest with mag equipment though.

can u suggest what kind of weapon, shield, and armor that i need? if possible in details (prefix and suffix)
i read the HV advice and get confused cause there are to much option. so i had no idea of what to get.
btw i am planning to get legendary equipment.

Weapon: rapier. Nothing else is allowed.
Shield: highest block you can afford. Buckler of barrier or better: force shield.

Weapon: Rapier of Slaughter (any prefix allowed)
Shield: Force Shield (any prefix/suffix) of Buckler of the Barrier (any prefix), high Block is your only concern
Armor: Power Armor, preferably of Protection for survivability, maybe a piece of Warding as well (usually very cheap). Any prefix will do, better aim for good quality (Magnificent/Legendary if you can find them, also consider Soulfusing)

rapier of slaughter for weapon

force shield / buckler of barrier for shield

power of protection , balance , warding or slaughter for gears

True, eventually you'll want to get the perk, so you might as well unlock it right now. On the other hand, considering your current gears, I believe you'll see better results from investing those ~5m in better gears (especially staff).

EDIT: As long as youre willing to Soulfuse, one of these should give you a nice power boost (though there are more shops selling good weapons for Wind Mage)

I was gathering the credits for tokenizer anyway, but i just though it might have been better if i got the elementalist perk first.
I simply had the doubt, if it was the case to do so now, given my gear.

True enough though, i didn't think that there would be any WTS with anything decent for a low prize. Didn't look for anything there. Late now.

As for PFGF, didn't plan to do them anyway. Hellfests are my only interest.
Edit: Did try a PFGF now just for a test run. 150 rounds went by smoothly. After that things started getting... tricky, so i stopped at 200 rounds.

I guess it's time to stop spending credits around and grind for a decent weapon.

My experience: hellfest is possible 1000 rounds with a matching legendary staff with 25% ADB and EDB, and 4 +1 without good prefix legendary cloth, with elemental proficiency of 0.68

Such a set would require 10m
