actually it also depends on the difficulty that player is playing at, according to wiki. but yep, definitely starters only.

personally i find it unrelevant, unless they have high PL. at PL25, you're relying on a +5% chance. at PL50, on a +10% chance. personally i regret having upgraded it on all my early mobs (some at Scavenging 2, others at Scavenging 1). if i didn't, now i'll have enough tokens to unlock two other slots, rather than gambling on such tiny values

pxp(potency exp) is the same with potency tier?

Pxp level up your Potency Tier, and at every Tier you unlock a Potency.

Block can block every type of attack (magical or physical).
Parry can block only physical attacks.
Resist lessens the damage taken from magical attacks.

Nope, the levels are there for a reason.
You can at most use Equipment with 100 levels max more than yours by Soulfusing, but that consumes Soul Fragments and makes the Equip Untradeable.

The Equipment isn't too bad, but soon you'll probably will want to switch to 1H style, because it's more efficient.
You are sitting on a big amount of credits, most of your Artifacts have quite a high value, check blackjac00 thread in WTB for information on the value.

StonyCat and blackjac00 in WTB subforum are buying those trophies you have for a 350k/400k each. Ask around which ones are unique trophy and normal trophies because I dont know (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) Also, issary and blackjac00 are buying stuffing stuffers for 256k/260k respectively.

In total, you got yourself over 5M worth of trophies you can sell to buyers in WTB subforum

at your level try switch to a Rapier + Force Shield + Power armors build for best efficiency. keep all PABs even, except INT.
as for a good/bad part, uh... currently Mag/Leg are good. and more in general, every item that may upgrade your build is good.
pxp and potency tier are related, yep. once your item has enough pxp, it'll raise one potency tier.
Evade, block, parry and resist are all defensive stats and it's in your interest to have them as high as possible. they proc in this order:

• physical attacks: evade > block > parry
• magical attacks: evade > block > resist

keep in mind that 1H style heavily relies on block, thus too high evade can severely hinder it.
you can soulfuse only items which level are up to yours + 100. higher cap for you is 365.
as i already mentoned, i advice you to replace all your gears. 2H isn't so good nowadays.
and last but not the least, you're sit on roughly 6M worth of trophies/artifacts. check here

what's sure is that a lv200 who tries to go maging will have a hard time, regardless frugal prefix or not. sad but true. maging may even be the next best thing after the big bang, pasta alla carbonara and breasts but not at that level.

I'm a melee player too, at least that's a logical approach I could have with my experience of someone who played all styles around throughout my entire progression until now.
And I agree with the fact that breasts (and especially stingy nipples) are the ultimate attack. No one can ever parry them.

why do u said is is more efficient? because in my opinion 1H only hit monster 1 by 1. meanwhile 2H can hit area up to 7 monsters. or does something changes while i am away?

Because 1H + Heavy Armor has more adb than 2H + Light Armor.
And 1H Heavy has 10 times the survivability of 2H Light.

2H + Heavy is out of question, too bad for high difficulties.
