Yea, it might be possible that people decided to sell their hath before the annual cookies dropped

The price was dropping even before that.

But the extra cookie is also a cause.
Every year the number of users in e-hentai increases, so every year there are more people that double their daily haths, and less ones that get only 1.5, 1.33 or less times more.

And most people with low hath income sell their hath to get credits.
More selling brings lower price.

No. I just noticed that right after ridlemaster casting heartseeker no longer consumes 2 turns like it did before.

Hath barons had to sell a lot of hath to pay for the tenboro's boxes so having had more sellers than buyers the prizes went down. Now that they are done they are going back up. Yesterday it was 4800, now it's 4900 and it's going up.
I need to buy about 1500 hath myself and i'm not a patient guy, so alongside the other impatient people, we are raising the prize by competition as we speak.
You will soon see 5000 again.

New hath perks sound nice, what about hath perks for % boost to weapon/armor proficiency?

if you ask me, it seems to me that it's slightly raising since past days. i wouldn't call it "falls every day" anymore. i'd rather say it's on a stale now.

For the training sections, which are worth spending the credits on and to what level? Mostly just been leveling ability points and exp gain, and a few battle slot increases.

It seems quite unlikely than that's what happened.
Barons and star sellers probably always have a surplus of credits, I don't think a few boxes/trophies will ever change that.
Actually I find stranger that hath price can still keep its value after years or no perk/no balance changes.
There are probably a lot of players not selling them even if they have 5/6 digits amount of haths.

You've made the right decisions so far.

If you have enough credits, you may want Scavenger and Quartermaster for a few points.

Then a bit futher on, you may want to start on Archeologist and Luck of the draw. But please note that training is a credit sink at higher training values.

Either way that was nothing but an example, since i saw some big names selling hath. Point is mainly "more sellers than buyers given the right timing"

btw, in case you want to do SG-only arenas at low difficulties, i suggest you a cheap Holy mage build. 50~100k worth phase armors are gold already. in case you have VV perk, you don't even need to IW armors. as for the staff, at least at Hard difficulty Penetrator isn't a must, so IW would be easier in this case as well. just saying.
maybe even a Dark mage set may be good enough, but i don't have datas available.

Might try that as well. For now though, gonna focus on reaching the minimum level for soulfusing my kinda above-average rapier and power boots first (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) 10-ish levels left. Then save up for funds for both my debt and mage gear (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) Then maybe try to get crackling cast working before finally starting mage for real (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
