Maybe. It's been proven that for almost any mage, income/turn is higher if you spend every turn attacking with magic than if you sometimes hit with staff.

prior to the unlimited potions patch it could've still had a sense. Spirit and even Ether Theft had a sense too, back then. but now they are all obsolete things. this meta heavily rewards those who hit mobs without a clear strategy - apart the bare minimum needed to survive, of course (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I sometimes do it when I'm multitasking and end up forgetting to use mana pots, that and mousemelee, get OC + focus to get the mana back on track, really good in SGs cause SGs absorb a ton of melee hits and barely damage you

I wonder if I got GS in 2015 and forgot to join 2016 event,do I still receive a 2016 cookie?

I was okay with it at first ... but then, now... I find it so hard to kill a monster now.
on my settings its -
HELL - 7.0EXP - EVEN TOUGHER
EXPERT - +3.0%DAMAGE

As you can see i still have credits to spend and I am currently taking a 400,000 Bounty.
I also have lots of GP.

I wasted 100,000 experimenting on upgrades, buying metals for low-grade metals, scrolls, potions, draughts.. I think I wasted alot, idk Please help

Since credits won't be a problem, I suggest finding a rapier for main hand and a wakizashi for off hand.

Rapiers are the current best 1h weaps because they have this debuff called penetrated armour which really destroys enemy defenses and kills them faster while wakis are the best to pair for them due to high parry which helps you survive more. (Also because 2 rapiers would have redundant debuffs that wont stack)

Keep up with using light armor. Once you get a mil or so from your bounties, I suggest heading up to WTS subforum and check out the Auctions that happen during Wednesdays until Saturdays for Unassigned magnificent and above gear. There are also some shops that sell unassigned exquisites and magnificents too. Just need to search a bit. I think they literally just put unassigned on their thread titles

Oh and you forgot to slot in your mp tank on the abilities page. [EDIT]: Also, I'd like to suggest that you should unlock more red slots compared to the green ones (maybe 6 more to slot in weapon abilities and the better pots abilities. You can skip the 7th red slot until you reach lvl 250)

Also, if you want, you can use another equipment set on your current persona that focuses on 2h. Its the recommended playstyle from start up to lvl 200 or so before transitioning to the next recommended and currently best melee playstyle: 1h (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Feel free to ask again later for more info on 1h once you're near 200. Or you can ask now if you want (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

At your level my suggest is ArbiterErii's wts,ask for a free heavy 1H set,then you should be able to play at IWBTH.

Now, I wonder if GS didn't get new cookies caused by above reason then admin will give it to them? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
