Eh, it depends. Maybe only a few people are playing without using WTB/WTS, but if you want to sell a whole lot of noodles quickly, its better to use the forum.

If the bot is on 60k and 2nd offer is 55k, you will get only 27501 credits by selling to the bot, while the buyer will pay 55001.
If you look it that way, that bot is only here to avoid anyone putting a low bid and getting some noodle for less than the highest wtb, not for actually getting some for an exaggerated price (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

The highest price being offered in the WTB, I think is the de facto price for trophies. StonyCat used to pay 50k for Noodles but when he stopped buying them, the price bottomed out as low as 20k before bouncing back. Now Blackjac00 seem to have replaced StonyCat as the default buyer of Noodles @ 41k.

If I waited a couple months to use those BTC available for donation, I could've donated ~140$ instead of 100$ (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) damn you bitcoin

Edit: turns out I can handle crude IWBTH with ocassional cures

When I was farming proficiency I used cloth (highest evade possible, other stats don't matter) + crappy staff. I then specced max supportive+depreciating stuff+put things on innate arcana

I then proceeded to find an extremely high hp/tanky single target (at the time it was Real Life on IWBTH) and proceeded to spam all supportive spells on myself while I did full debuffs on the boss and just whacked away at him like no tmrw

not sure if u can do that now since most of the RoB bosses have schoolgirl lackeys

Won't work now due to damage increase as the round gets longer. After turn 1000 things will start to feel pretty difficult. Better to play in Crude IW.

The idea is to play a difficulty such that you finish rounds in under 800 or so turns so you don't have to flee.

apart for the fact that Flimsies are quite precious nowadays, back-then Flimsy have higher PXP than today's Crude. better to stick with recent Crudes then. just saying.

What do you think about my start built?
I tried my best to reduce my burden lower. However, it's is hard to find Mithril or Ethereal heavy equipments. Most item in shop is for <400 level. I still have to use the shield lv 92, since I can't find any lighter shield (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I read somewhere that if your burden is higher than 80, attack speed bonus is reduce heavily. Should I increase my Agility, or reduce it to 0? My burden is 82 so I can only gain 0.2% attack speed bonus.

boots END and WIS. start looking for a Rapier or a Shortsword, Stun proc is redundant and bonus parry will be useful. if you were looking for lower BUR, you'd rather may have preferred (is it the right verb? every now and then i have such doubts (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) ) to go with Leather armors. at this point, try to go on anyways and start looking for Power armors - Protection or Slaughter if you can find them. check if all your abilities are maxed, btw

Also, is there any point in leveling a staff to IW10? For melee weapons, the void damage works wonders, what about staffs?

Penetrator >>> all if you're playing on PF or want to use Imperil.
Economizer is likely last. Don't be afraid to use elixirs. (The other 3 possible potencies will increase your income/turn significantly more than Economizer)
Annihilator is meh, but if you don't use Imperil it won't be horrible. If you do use Imperil, it's bad.
Spellweaver is essential for lower-level mages, especially on high difficulty.
Archmage is generally good with Destruction staff, especially if you're going to forge.

How are people able to use T3 spells without running out of mana? I don't think high level mages use frugal gear (they prefer radiant, who doesn't?). I can spam T1 spells constantly without having mana issues (while using mana draughts, never potions). Will I be able to spam T3/T2 spells with no problems if I use mana draughts + potions? Or is there something else to it?

I use potions all the time and occasionally use elixirs. There's nothing wrong with it at all, and even for someone like you, mana costs still aren't high enough to be a huge concern. Spending items is annoying, but your income-bottleneck is elsewhere.

Nice, just did a normal run of DWD only staff meleeing and got it to 198! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) Took a few hours
