Are Gems and Channelling completely random? Just got 4 mana gems and a bunch of Channellings in ~2-3 turns! I've been speeding through DwD at low difficulty and have nothing to spend the excess mana and Channellings on (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

Can anyone level 350-400 show me how much your ADB is? Only 1H/shield Power builds... I'm not sure if my ADB is good or not, I take too long clearing arenas (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) and how long does it take you to clear The Trio and the Tree in high difficulties?

I wanted to make the same question, how much do you time do you all with 1H take in TT&T at PFUDOR?
I've got a pretty shitty build right now and when i do it it takes like 45 minutes.

I forgot if gems drop right after a monster dies or at the end of a round,but it's not hard for melee to get many channelling(when you are recasting supportive spells).

30 minutes on TT&T at battletoads(old x12 difficulty) with mace and mag shade of fleet(faster than my mag plate set),but my ping is more than 280 at that time(about 1.6 t/s).

Gems drop right after a monster dies

I had up Regen, Haste, Protection, Shadow Veil, Spark and Heartseeker.
No Spirit Shield because c'mon, it's Hard difficulty.
And i still was getting rekt.

I died on hard in a single turn because I didnt put SS and spark up thinking "Its still a low difficulty anyways"

Scrolls have more powerfull / better effect than normal spells but I don't think it's wise choice for your wallet to use scrolls (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

They are more efficient than the respective spells, but it's not like you need them for arenas with many rounds. Feel free to rely on them if you want for anything that gives you trouble.
But generally they are not needed there.

Protection spell gives 25% damage absorption
Protection scroll goes up to 50% (but does NOT HAVE the spike shields ability effects)

Haste spell: Base Action Speed increase: 25%
Swiftness scroll: Increases Action Speed by 60%

Etc.

You can make a comparison here and here.

Scrolls also have the advantage that they don't require a turn for activation, so you don't give the enemy a chance to attack you while using them, but all in all, other than perhaps the absorption scrolls you should try to deal with arenas without them. Arenas even for low levels are easy (they are the easiest clears after all).

T&T requires roughly 40 minutes, but my connection has < 1t/s. similar results with my Shade DW set though.

If you're still melee, no need to use scrolls. Just enchant your weapon with elemental infusions.

Use those scrolls when you start mage play by lvl 300+
