True 5 star Story: A couple of months after I became active, and then.. I was even dumber than I am now....
I was selling two stars to two different members.
I went through coinbase and transferred the two bills to my HV Wallet.
The HV wallet was frozen... I couldn't transfer from one HV wallet to another.

Thats my true story on becoming 5 stars.
The 3 stars was from not realizing the exp bonus (Don't want) and not knowing about Adopt a Servers.
If I had known about Adopt a Servers from the beginning, I'd be 1 star right now.

None. You should only use soul frags on at least a Mag piece.

your mainhand weapon is LEAS and offhand weapon is LHRB

sir, allow me - you're speaking to a newbie. LEAS and LHRB have a meaning for you, but i'm not so sure it's the same for him (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

The offhand weapon has a -20% penalty on its ADB when added to the total ADB.
That means that the Strike, that does half than the Offhand Hit, is penalized by half 20%, so by 10%.

Don't seem to have be as here as long as you, but since the Iridium Sprinkler is functionally similar to artifacts of previous years, and after a cursory glance of shops where people want to buy those things to collect them, they're not very expensive. Sorry :/ Unless you really don't need them, they're only slightly higher sought after than the average Precursor Artifact, at about 30k. If you're not too strapped for cash, using it yourself is better.

it's useful only if you own the Follower of Snowflake hath perk. otherwise, just a stat.

Do soul fragments have any use for high-levels? They don't seem to soulfuse or reset so often.
