QUOTE(DrasticMeasures @ Dec 19 2016, 06:25) It does not matter what level the weapon was before you soulbound it, what matters is the base stats. For instance, if a weapon was lvl 200 an another was 300 while you are level 250 assuming both weapons have the exact same base stats when you soulbind them their stats would be exactly the same.
Ah, ok, getting clearer. Does that mean that only the base stats level up with you? I had thought other bonuses and, in particular, weapon damage, also improved with your level for soul bound weapons. I never actually checked the improvements on the other weapons I've bonded. Really helpful information, either way. Thank you all so much for the guidance.

What did you understand by "base stats"? Because from what he said, it should imply all the bonuses, which includes weapon damage, would scale with your level after soulfuse This post has been edited by IshimaruShun: Dec 19 2016, 13:58

Weapon damage does increase with your level. By base stats I mean the Range of values for the stat that is determined when the item is dropped/created. All stats have a Base Value for example: Magnificent Rapier of Slaughter has a base Weapon damage of 42.49 (Higher the better). You can found out the Base Values of an item by installing the Equipment Comparison Script. which can be found HereThis post has been edited by DrasticMeasures: Dec 19 2016, 14:08

A quick overview on Soulfuse and base stats: base stats are static and the same for all those users that would look at that piece. They somehow describe the quality of the item and its peculiarities and their ranges can be found here, if you want to know how good your item is. They can be increased with forging and eventually with IW though. Basically they are the stats that an user at lv0 would see. On the other hand, they will scale up (read: they'll grow) with your level according to this formula and these coefficients: since scaled stat is inversely proportional to that coefficient, you can easily see that those with lower coefficient (such as ADB or MDB) will raise quicker than those with high coefficient (such as Crit, ACC, Block etc etc). It's quite safe to assume that in the matter of a dozen levels you'll basically lose only a handful of ADB. The introduction of level-bind and soulfuse thing put a limit to this: prior to that you could've safely equipped whatever items, but now their stats are semi-permanently blocked at the level of the user that generated it. With soulfuse (read: by spending a ton of soul fragments) you can allow its stats to scale with your level. It's obviously a nice thing, but you have to trade the chance to re-sell it. Since you have to spend items on it and it will affect your chance to earn credits back in the future people usually think twice about doing it. Further details here. Btw, it's been introduced as a credit sink at a certain point and it serves its purpose very well. Therefore, it's useless to whine about it since Tenboro won't change his (its?) mind. A group of higherups already bargained with him about certain parameters and situation is already better than how it started. This post has been edited by Scremaz: Dec 19 2016, 14:45

QUOTE(NerfThis @ Dec 19 2016, 01:03) I guess, you did install 'Track Drops 2.1.1 for Reloader' instead of 'Track Drop in Battle'.
Track Drops 2.1.1 does not track credits and crystals. Track Drop in Battle does not track battle difficulty.
Yep! That's what I did. Thank you! How it knew the last 18k hard/hell/PFUDOR rounds, and it's stats.. That part is still in the air. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

QUOTE(trikon000 @ Dec 19 2016, 10:51) One crystal upgrade is roughly 15% of the morale. I got this number from the max size of the green image width witch was 120px. I had a monster with a slightly reduced morale width with 95px and I gave it 1 crystal elemental upgrade, it raised the width to 113px. 113-95=18
That was 18px, 18/120 = .15 or 15% morale increase per crystal upgrade. If you wanted that level of detail in your monster lab stats, you might want to consider using the Smart Monster Lab script. It varies depending on how many crystals are used; one upgrade at level 25 will be very different from one upgrade at level 200 which will be very different from one upgrade at level 1000.

There is no number values for morale, that is as close to it as possible that could be used by someone to come up with a script to reflect what happens when you feed crystals to a monster.

Just feed few when you see it goes in yellow, and then wait for the next time is yellow again (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I just checked, I have HV - Track Drops installed, and it probably picked up that data. I need to get around to cleaning up my scripts. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

QUOTE(Epion @ Dec 19 2016, 22:29) Converting my "don't imitate me for your own good" 1h/mage to a wind one. Suggest best pick of gloves pls: lower prof but prefix or higher prox, but no prefix? I'd go with the Mystic ones. Useful prefix + better Evade, AGI & INT rolls.

I've been gathering some data for myself, and it has helped me make a few decisions. But I haven't done any normalization or tried to fit it to a function yet, just some rough numbers that I'm guessing won't hold up very well if I grow my monster higher levels. Also, I haven't been gathering chaos level, just Morale, PL, crystals, resulting Morale, PL. Crud, I'll have to figure out how to capture/calculate Chaos level.
