So Charged is better for wind then radiant? Also is would a Charged Lmin EDB robe be better then a non charged High EDB one?
My Main problem ATM isn't damage its staying alive while I'm casting imperil I am often Curing on cooldown in the second half of an IWBTH IW although the only piece of armor i have done any forging on is Legendary Charged Cotton Pants of the Elementalist

In pfest, charged similar to radiant.
I'm not as rich as them.

45 fleet = 1M
45 owl = 1M
45 fox = 1M

Yep that 0.1 turn is definitely not worth the trouble guess i got lucky with that as it is only using around 25 amnesia shards

@Nobody he meant 25 mil more then it would fully upgrading another piece so you dont count the first 50 levels

I do not know who said once that I only need 50, and from 51 to 100 I would only need Binding of Slaughter.

All for 16.87% extra forge factor, even for staffs the gain is marginal and for armor pieces even less. Diminishing returns.
