I feel that 325 is a bit early... Well, maybe that's because I was used to PFUDOR with 1h when I swithched. I switched to elemental mage around 390.

If i were to salvage one equip with one stat forged to lv 6, do i get back the Binding?

Questions about Loot Drop Rolls from the wiki
E.Quality Roll Difficulty Nintendo and above have 0% chance for Fair/Crude Nightmare and below have 0% chance for Legendary/Peerless Arena clears have a very low chance for Legendary even on Normal
Doesn't the arena clears suppose to have 0% chance of legendary instead of very low given that the above statement states that Nightmare and below have 0% chance for legendary.

Arena clears and loot drops are two different things. You can get average arena clears @PFUDOR, for example.

@sapo84 so arena drops doesn't follow loot drop rolls then. thanks for explaining, it was confusing since the statements are in the same box.

Is it worth it to do SGs Arenas at IWBTH/PFUDOR? Or should i just keep doing them at Hard?

It's not I can't handle PFUDOR; pretty much everyone can "handle" it. The issue is efficiency, and high difficulty SG arenas are not efficient. (At least, not for me, nor for anyone else who's looked at the numbers, from what I've heard) If you say PF is more efficient for you, what are your revenue numbers like?

If you want to maximize your income, you have to do the math. HV isn't like many other games where it's good to always play the highest difficulty you possibly can. For example, getting 90% average and lower junk instead of Superiors could be worth it if getting those Superiors requires spending twice (or more) as much time on the battle. Look at your revenue numbers. If they're higher on high difficulty, you can say high difficulty is more efficient. If they're higher on low difficulty, maybe lower difficulty is more efficient.
