How often do I need to change my gear? Say if I have a level 50 gear, what should my level be before I change them?

Every 30 levels or so would be great, but if it's only every 40 or 50 levels in the beginning for you, that's OK, simply because you're leveling up so quickly. The most reliable source is from the bazaar.

So average gears is great till say around level 200 then I should start looking for better equips?

Trying to figure out if I should switch out my main hand Rapier. I'm DW and have a Waki in my offhand.

They're not that good, it's just that there's no other option for gears at your level.

No, Banshee is a completely useless suffix, compared to Slaughter which is the best suffix.

Current is better. And you should really get it to IW10 for the bonus strike

Possible, but not for much, for the same reason.

By the time you reach 150+ you should be able to get a few superior and maybe even exquisite gears to handle Nightmare difficulty. Higher difficulty = better gears.... kind (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) Focus on using weapons with Slaughter suffix and armour with protection suffix.

Also, have you checked issary's link yet? He gives out 1h/2h set for newbies as long as they haven't reached 150 yet. Although if it were me, I'd wait until around level 120-140 to equip those for better stat scaling if I can only ask for a set once (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Just equip them,you can ask me for replacements if your current ones is 30+ overlevel,but I may not able to send you very soon cause I won't store them(maybe 24 hours to 72 hours).
And it's ArbiterErii's project(thank you erii (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ),I'm just helping him on collecting equipments and let more people know.

For low pl monsters, do you guys just focus on specific stats or spread the upgrades equally? Because I'm running out of vigor and w/e the endurance crystal is. And I'm only at 10 monsters so far x_x

Using specific crystals is far, far better. Never use mitigation crystals or crystals useless for your monster type on low PL monsters.

Usually, this means investing only in Str and Dex. Agi is bad. End isn't too good.

I might move up my low pl monsters from 27 to 50 someday so wanted to know if its worth spreading stats or focusing on a few ones. Thanks for that (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Now about the values on these crystals.... which ones can be traded at 1:1 ratio? I have a whole lot of finesse crystals compared to my other main stat crystals because of the not so random rewards from the shrine >.>

Some people accept swapping crystals. The only one I know of who keeps a fixed section in their store is the djackallstar ( shop ). The others usually order sporadically depending on the need at the moment.

I do not recommend. I created 5 "PL 204 monsters" 2 months ago and the results so far are terrible (one of them has 0 wins (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) ). I think the ideal is to stay with PL monsters between 50 and 100. If you pass this value, go to PL > 500. In my case I only give crystals for my first 9 monsters, and only when the morale is half (~ 6000). And just enough to fill the bar. The others (monster 10 to 30) I give Happy Pills.

Personal observations:Keep you monsters 25pl-50pl until you can and willing to improve them to at least 600pl.From me and several of my friends,50pl gives more gift than 702pl without chaos upgrade(don't know why,maybe low powerlevel will meet low level player who's easy to die?),600pl+ have a chance to give you high grade materials so it worth gambling.

All 0-1000+ range sucks, at low PL you get two wins each month or something like that, increasing the PL you can nearly no win at all.
Unless you really wanto to go near 1000PL you won't get many wins no matter what you do.
