yep.

but if you're lucky enough, on some WTS you can spot some catalysts at slightly lower prices than coupon clipper - guess those are leftovers from users who bought a vast amount and then raised the quality of their gears, so now they prefer to sell them for cheap rather than wasting credits. quite a rare istance though, so don't hold your breath.

You could look at it this way. If you're buying 100k worth of catalysts, that's ~10k saved = half an artifact. That isn't much, most could easily gain that amount just from playing a bit; some might think it's not worth waiting on.

When the quantities in question are small, sometimes the answer really is just to grind more instead of looking around.

If your shield required crystals to forge up, I think there may be a problem with the HV code....
