After ADB roll, whats the next thing to prioritize on non slaughter power armour? PABs?

Ediit: Found a pair of boots with high adb roll but below average Str and near min End and Dex. Not really rushing to buy boots but it still has a nice adb roll

For lowish level players, the existence of 3 PABs is the next (or highest) priority, probably followed by physical mitigation (very useful for low-level, useless for medium-high level and above); Protection suffix is good for someone like you. Unless you're looking at very high quality equips, I wouldn't worry all that much about the exact PAB amounts; quality tier will tell you almost all you need to know. Eg. I think strength PAB from Lmin to Lmax has only ~1/8th of the impact of ADB Lmin to Lmax, or something on that order of magnitude. Probably not worth caring about unless you actually have the funds to be a perfectionist.

Is heartseeker worth using as 1h melee?

HS boost your damage by 25% and increase you crit damage & chance too , so yeah (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

My strategy for IWBTH is to spam spark of life and abuse my potions which is really easy

For some reason enemies keep getting stunned so I don't really get killed lol

Up to you if you wanna clear arenas faster. Thats 25% dmg, 10% crit chance and some crit damage increase you're missing out on. You can also cast it while in spirit stance to lessen the cost. Its prolly worth a draught to cast which is cheap anyways. When it reaches <50% duration you can prolly say its worth recasting when Channeling pops up since thats past 100s that you gain back at least.

But if you don't really have a problem with time, just wait for channeling (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

The larger the %of mana you spend based on your mana pool, the higher the chance of channeling. Heavy armor users have high interference so they spend a lot of mana%.

Always use Heartseeker as soon as you can, once you know you won't completely run out of mana after. It helps your clear speed much more than a mana potion costs.

Is it really that bad to just soulfuse stuff that is exquisite and above? I bought a ethereal rapier and I'm planning to just soulfuse it soon since I'm not planning to play beyond level 350

Last time when I still use 1H , only PFfest that make SoL active (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

I don't remember but nearly same with ppp82p if my memory not wrong despite my lvl is alot higher than him (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
