How to tell whether an equipment is from patch 0.82 compared to 0.84? Is there a significant stat difference and should I be wary of it when picking what to buy?

If i don't remember wrong, the problem is exactly stat-wise.
Like, every tier has stats of a tier less (Leg has Mag stats, etc.. ).
You can recognize those with equip comparison script immediately, though.

an user just told me that he cannot reach hentaiverse from his country, but he didn't tell me exactly which country he comes from. are there any countries with such a problem, even with alt server? could a proxy help in this case? if yes, which country should such proxies be based in?

no reason to install a script for such a thing. just a glimpse at its url is fine enough. also, that thing regards basically only non-slaughter gears. even phase weren't affected so much, iirc - a certain user sold me a pre-patch phase which is still good enough to use.

A question from me, what are the best combination of PABs in a leg shield, and what type of shield is better for the various builds (Heavy, Light, Shade, ...) ?

My bad ping + slow browser refresh time made me finish hard TT&T at around 30 mins I think. Havent tried again since hahahaha.... orz

I'm guessing buckler of barrier with Str, Agi and End for Light/Shade while Force Shield with Str, Dex, End for Heavy/Power. But thats just me (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Bucklers of Barrier are needed for 1H Mage. Force Shields are good enough for 1H Power.
best PABs are STR, DEX and END for Power. DEX, END and AGI for 1H mages. guess it's pretty safe to assume that END and DEX are sort of jollies, and a shield without these (especially DEX) won't have that big of market if compared with a similar one but with different PABs.

1H Shade isn't even worth to be mentioned imo.

STR-DEX-END if you use 1H + Heavy with END being the less useful PAB (but still a lot better than AGI.
DEX-END-AGI if you use 1H Mage since STR is useless for mage.

1H + Light is bad and you should feel bad for asking (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

1H Heavy for type I would say Force Shield > Buckler of Barrier >> Buckler of the Nimble = Kite.
1H Mage Buckler of the Barrier (better), of the Nimble or of the Battlecaster (last one only if you have a waki of the nimble, otherwise you will sacrifice too much defense)

Trick is spam the shit outta your weaken-silence spells, also reaching level 250 will give you a huge power spike with lots of new abilities unlocked.

My ping is about 300ms on my PC, but Hentaiverse never slows down much while using Sapo modified reloader.
Maybe i get a stall every once in a while, but rarely.
Try giving a clean to the browser, or using alt.hentaiverse.org, maybe it will help.

At your level I was already using a full set of self drop power (plus a weak but cheap one from WTS). Even if there were a couple of superior, I had a big boost in ADB (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
