nope. i thought that as well (that he may be using plate, i mean) but i know for sure he has a Force Shield, and that mana modifier is that of an average Power build. plus, i don't think that Speed bonus may be possible with Plate.
probably he's simply using some non-Slaughters and/or unforged armors. but that may still be fine. i guess weapon has something to say too

I have an almost complete set of Magnificent Savage Power of Protection (I'm missing the boots so if anyone has a pair~ you interested in selling it?), but I can't use them since they're level 350-450, I'll have to soulfuse them and it'll cost me a lot of fragments.

Since you had very low evade and crit I was thinking you had a couple of plate.
Exquisites are probably the reason.
You are also over 70 burden I guess?

Anyway, would love to take a look at the rapier stats, exquisite rapier can be a problem if PA duration is very low (I think it can go as low as 4 for exquisites, and 4 is pretty bad for damage).
You should really upgrade to mag or legendary.

Also, are you using OFC?

And no, I don't really use OFC anymore, since Crackling Cast doesn't work with it, and I don't like turning off tampermonkey/disabling CC just to use OFC, if a RE has 8+ monsters, in that case, yes I use OFC.

Yes it does. More potent Regen, more potent health draughts, more potent health potions (if you ever use them), less spirit consumed by Spirit Shield absorption. It's well worth it once you have a couple million lying around that you don't have any immediate plans for.

I use a touchpad and the touchpad is kinda... Don't know, old? So it's not fun to hover.

Change hover_area value and set OFC on right click.
In the comments it's written to set it neither to 0 or 1 (for right click spell) but looking at the script 0 should work perfectly.

Ask hansvar92 in case it doesn't work, he may have a better idea to make numpad melee attack + OFC working well together.

I think you can trying re-calibrating your pad.

I feel like I'm lacking in clear speed, Hell Arenas are taking too long (or maybe not?).

May I ask how long did you use to clear the arena?
For contrast,it'll cost me around 30-35 mins to clear TT&T at battletoad(old x12 difficulty) when I was 300+.
