1 hit with staff raises its proficiency by 0.02 - 0.03 while sometimes up to 20(totally random but it seems 10-20 casts) casts of any elemental only raises 0.01 - 0.03 proficiency.
My staff proficiency is also way higher than my elemental proficiency.

but in fact the time required to raise my Staff prof up to 351 (from 0) is way shorter than elemental.
maybe that's the case for me only.

but the real pain of grinding staff prof is you have to grind by specific ways which is super boring.
you just can't grind while you're leveling up like others.

You still can use mixed way. For example use staff + 5 slaughter on low diff (maybe hell) and maybe sg arenas. Its slower than ordinary 1h, but its still exp + credits.

what about staff + shade? not-that-different mitigations, slightly less ADB, but still evade and resist for more safety. 0 piercing mitigation, but Spirit Shield can take care of that - and it shouldn't even be that big of a matter at such low difficulties. plus access to light armor abilities like attack speed, MP tank and light ACC.
it doesn't even need to be Shadowdancer, just take random elemental Leg Shades (pretty sure you may find them at even less than 50k) and you're good to go.

For example, if I went to my settings and selected display title to be level default, I would've expected it to take the highest possible title whenever new one is available. However, I end up getting Lord instead of Destined because Destined is unlocked via other means besides the level requirement (which is a hidden mechanism not apparent in the description).

They're the same.
All that matter is the base stats and the level they're bound.
Once you soulbind something, it will bind to your level, so if you soulfuse a lv 1 item or a lv 500 item at lv 400, both item will get lv 400 and be the same (assuming they have the same base stats)

oh, well. your call sir. best DW builds nowadays are (Rapier of Slaughter + Waki of Nimble) and (Club of Slaughter + Rapier of Balance) iirc. Club *should* be ethereal. waki not needed. Rapier, depends on what you can find.
other exotic builds like (Shortsword of Slaughter + Rapier of Nimble/Balance) [and you may even be lucky enough to find a cheap & decent Shortsword!] may work as well, but those two i mentioned earlier are the two mainstream ones.
as for armors, Savage prefix preferred - unless the item is so rare you cannot be finicky. Fleet and Shadowdancer suffixes preferred. Savage of Fleet should be relatively frequent, Savage of Shadowdancer, uh - stick with either Mag grade or drop the Savage prefix to stand a chance.
a Negation/Arcanist piece with really nice rolls may be useful as well.

if you're speaking about soul fragments, you cannot gift them, btw. if you're speaking about shades, open a WTB. they go at 8~10k nowadays. as for bindings, uh, i noted you already put a bid on those yummy fleets on auction (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

if you don't soulfuse the item, it will remain the same despite you leveling up - basically it will become a bit weaker if compared with your level. while it's something you can easily bear with at higher levels, the difference may be seen at lower ones.

no. BUR and ITR are specifically meant as negative ones and don't scale with levels, so they stay where they are - no matter what you do. you can shave them off with Featherweight shards though.

yes, but bazaar only works with credits. and yes again, but this is only due because they are scaling to a bigger level than yours. item is always the same, it's just that from your perspective it seems bigger than what it really is.

it's for life, unless salvaging will part you.

shade at high levels is good, but at lower ones isn't a good idea - especially because of the 0 Piercing mitigation. with all those Arthropods around you'll definitely feel it. also, i'm not so sure at your level (excuse my rudeness) you will find some soulfuse-worth items. i suggest you to stick with Leathers (unassigned Average ones are good enough) and replace them every few levels, until your level up speed will decrease a bit.

Mod power is consistent for all power related functions, so if you have 7 for gallery comments, you also have 7 for voting on tags, 7 for renaming and 7 for expunging.

If you have a negative tagging score then you really need to read the guidelines on the wiki for the particular tags you are using, and tagging in general to be sure you are following the correct way of doing things. To keep a neutral tagging score you need to vote with an accuracy of at least 90% and any tags you start need to be at least 80% accurate.

And it was so long ago, that this tool does not show it.
I have been working hard to get that one point back, so these tags (majority of shown in link) are my most recent work.

I remember having power of 8+ (maybe even 12? I might be wrong here), despite my lv30 at HV, young account of 2years and 0 forum activity.

The tags were "approved", valid and accurate character names like: Elsa, frozen, wonder woman, dragonball etc. I wrote the "parody" section too.
Back then I understood that downvote of tags as valid, because the gallery of say (back then) 50pics contained only like 12 of elsa/frozen, 3 of DBZ, 5 of Justice Leaque (wonder woman, zatanna, supergirl) etc
Now people even add smaller ones like Despicable me (2-3pics) and totally spies (1 pic!) or Silver Spoon (whf is this character anyway? (don't answer))
