btw , do you think it will be dangerous to grinding prof staff in IWBTH FSM ???

You will be eaten alive by the mp/sp attacks.
Even crude IWBTH IW needs cures in the last rounds if there are 5 monsters.
I would really stick with crude IWBTH IW, I managed to go from 0 prof to max (450 I think) in 2 weeks doing on average 4 IW every day (youtube on main browser, extra-small window for HV).
It's not that bad.
Just be sure to unslot the staff damage perk (actually it's useless so mages should avoid that ability).

DEX is always nice for parry...but you should decrease STR to 0 in the mage persona (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Dex is ok since it gives parry, STR definitely not.

I'm not fully charged, I have mystic cap.
Problems with charged is that it slow down mana regeneration, and that sucks even with focus staff.
Considering that oak has natural low MDB radiant or mix of radiant/charged is probably the better choice if you can afford radiant at least (I can't).
