It's not exactly 1 minute or 30 seconds, I think it's a tick every 30 seconds/1 minute counted from dawn.
Sometimes my hp get restored istantly, sometimes I have to wait almost a minute.

I have Mousemelee but I don't use it much, since it keeps attacking 2-3 times after I take my cursor off the monsters, which can make situations go wrong when I'm trying to back away when my HP is less than 5-10%.
What is Reloader for? I read it only works on Firefox

I was actually hoping I could halve the time if I ever unlocked RR perk, I guess not.

I use Crackling cast and it works pretty well. You can customize it: set the attacks/skills you use and set tresholds to use potions/cure, and it works with reloader.

On a DW/Light Armor persona... Using Legendary Arcanist Armor..

Assuming Slaughter Rapier in Main hand.

Disregarding IW10.. for the one chosen "will" be IW10/Butcher 5 prior to putting on...

Only really due to being a low level Mag phase.

But low-level mage is quite an exercise in frustration, especially as Holy (high mana costs). In a shop, someone might eventually come along willing and able to pay 20k or so for it, but I'd just salvage to HGC instead. (also worth 20k)

Balance is pretty good too since you get more crits and 100% offhand chance.
Anyway, I agree with ppp82p, Balance 354 or maybe even the artic one.

and without Balance you'll earn 90% offhand anyways. maybe 92-93 with some forging. which is good enough for a Waki imo. and remember he's struggling to remain alive, so more Parry won't do anything bad.

then throw in another Balance he already has, without the need to soulfuse that lv354 just to see if the style works. stats aren't so different

[edit]: Rapier has Fire Strike, so i'd go with the Fiery. it would be paired with the same Spike Shield he'd has to use for mainhand.
