Well, that's where it is on my Win7 Firefox, might be different on other operating systems. Google around maybe, or if you want to figure it out yourself and can view directory size, you could make a loop to fill the IndexedDB with 1gb of text, and then look to see what folder is abnormally huge.

Or just search for .sqlite in whatever Firefox folders you have, you'll probably find a directory tree referring to E-H.

found it. firefox portable on win10, so it was on a Firefox program subfolder. my bad for not having thought it before. here's the location though:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Firefox Portable 45\PROFILEID\profile\storage\default\https+++forums.e-hentai.org\idb

basically the same structure, only starting point is different.

and it weights only 1.5 MB. you sure do like light things, sir.

Mine is 2.1 MB.

I don't know why. That's tiny. But I have about 4 million characters in the database - it includes every post by the OP on the first page of a thread, for hundreds of threads.

???

Built-in compression, I guess? But I'd think that'd use significant CPU time, which I don't see when using SmartSearch... (For a time I tried using a compression algorithm back when the script was using LocalStorage - due to LocalStorage's small size limit - but it took 3-5 seconds to compress each time. Not very nice to work with.)

2.8M characters here. launched on WTS and WTB.
the difference is pretty clear. but why do i miss ~1/3rd of such db? i created it on both WTS and WTB (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

btw, is there a way to exclude items which are striked? something like
CODE
if ( [s]x[/s] == true )
  {delete [s]x[/s];}

you need a whole lot of END more.
you can keep all stats even except INT, which is pretty pointless for a 1H warrior.

INT is not that pointless for 1H, for much less than 1 adb you get up to 100+ spirit, which is nice for permastance style

I'd say the other way around.
Low levels -> Low SP Pool -> Slight advantage from 100 SP
High levels -> High SP Pool -> Increasing INT for 100 SP out of 1000/1500/2000+ is useless.

I'm thinking about upgrading my gear. I think my cap is crappy... And my robe and shoes aren't great either. I would like to be able to survive more rounds of fest Should I first forge my staff some more before I go look for a better cap? And is it worth going for charged? A charged phase cap with over 70% EDB is probably hard to find and very expensive.

first of all, you have to create a database. did you click 'Save' button? you can do the operation indefinitely if you're in doubt - rather, you should do it quite frequently, since WTS changes often

QUOTE(Superlatanium @ Oct 1 2016, 17:05) *

(I use Improved Control Panel to &view=getnewpost so I often don't see edits unless someone else quotes it)

Did you Save first? I think you did, and are still getting the error. If that's true, then:

IndexedDB is not fun to work with. It's supposed to create and populate the database automatically, but if it didn't (it's often not reliable in the beginning), you'll have to manually delete and recreate it. See top of script:
CODE
//If a database problem comes up, uncomment (remove the two slashes) before dbDelete and run the script, and then uncomment dbCreate and run the script.

Yea I saved first and it returned an error. "dbGet: Error opening db undefined"

Afterwards I tried the instructions on the comment and it returned something like "Error deleting db undefined"
and "dbCreate: Error opening db undefined"

maybe only corrupted database? i'd try to check if the database actually exists and it weights someone in the 2MB range. and eventually to delete it manually.

you can find it here on Firefox:

QUOTE(Superlatanium @ Oct 1 2016, 11:24) *

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\PROFILEID\storage\default\https+++forums.e-hentai.org\idb

idb = IndexedDB

It's somewhere else on Chrome, but I'm sure it's findable

or here on Firefox portable:

btw, it's possible both a http and a https folders do exist. check both and keep only the most recent file.

I think it's fine either way.
If I were you I would try to :
1) bring EDB and Prof to max on the staff while forging MDB to, at least, 35 or 45 (it's by far the best upgrade you have available)
2) cap, pants and shoes are all not that good so it's a good idea to search for very good replacements that you can keep for months and upgrade to 10.

You should change your pants first I think: 16.82 base edb + no preffix, Lmax=18.58 so you can find better for not too much money.

With a destruction staff you should forge MDB to level 50~60 at least I think
