If someone clears a round every 3 seconds, it doesn't take long to run out of stamina

XP is not an important factor (nor even a useful one, usually)

try to switch equipment set to another and change it back to the first one, try to switch your title (godslayer) to another and change it back, try to switch your persona to another and change it back ,close your browser tab that play hentaiverse and restart all your browser window,

when I had done all of that, it only take half hour for me to get the OFC skills, check your setting and available spell/skill to confirm it appearance, if you are not lucky, wait until new dawn of the day

nope , now we need 1 day to get OFC skill pop up into quickbar slot like super said above (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

It used to work like that, but not anymore, now there's nothing to do but wait

Does Haste actually offer any benefit to a character with 90 burden? I've noticed that gear with attack speed bonuses does nothing, does Haste do anything?

Also I didn't get an answer about Depreciation spells, are they useful for a tank outside of the RoA? Because they drain mana in a flash without providing that much benefit at first glance.

Yes, Haste helps independently from burden, and is extremely useful (up until the point where incoming damage is no concern and you can disable it to gain more OC with 1h).

Also I didn't get an answer about Depreciation spells, are they useful for a tank outside of the RoA? Because they drain mana in a flash without providing that much benefit at first glance.

If you're using a rapier (which pretty much every melee player should), then there's no use for Imperil, and the only other depreciating spell that might be useful is Silence, but only against high difficulty tough monsters it takes a long time to kill, like FSM and SGs (and even then it's only optional. slightly useful but not needed).

As melee, for the most part, you can ignore depreciating completely.

The wiki explains that soul fragments can be bought in the bazaar for 1k each.

You're missing it.

For one to be worth soulfusing, it should be prefixed, Exq+, with a useful suffix.

At your level, can you find one? If you can, go ahead, it'll serve you well until level 250-something, and you won't have any guilt about forging to 5 or IWing to 10 for Void Strike. (But you probably won't be able to find one. Good equipment is very scarce at low levels. In that case, just hold onto your fragments)

In my opinion, as the two posts above, it is not worth it.
However, if you have a lot of Soul Fragment (2500+), why not spend some.
It is unlikely that you need a large amount of Soul Fragment at your level.

If incoming damage is annoyingly high, Agile is OK. But if you rarely cure anyway, then it's not something to look for.
