What exactly does the Chaos Upgrade Accuracy do? Is it the same as player accuracy is from 0-100%, where it just decreases random missed attacks and doesn't affect player's evade? At first I thought it would reduce the evade chance of the player (which would mean ~70%+ Accuracy would cancel evade from most players), but I guess that's what Precision (only goes up to 20% evade reduction) is for.
It would also mean that the Turbulent Air proc from Wind spells is really weak compared to Deep Burns proc from Elec spells: 10% reduction from max Chaos Upgrade of Accuracy vs. 100% reduction from max Chaos Upgrades of Dissipation and Evasion. I guess the problem with this comparison is that the player stats are not counted as direct reductions from the Chaos levels, except for player accuracy, which can cancel monster evade completely at 200%+. That would also make upgrading monster Evasion pretty much pointless or lowest priority since almost all players have high accuracy, right? Is it possible to completely cancel monster parry (with DW Overpower) and resist (with Oak/Willow + Penetrator) on PFUDOR, and with what amount of Counter-Parry and Counter-Resist? If not, does that mean that monster evade used to be more like monster resist and parry are now, like
EsotericSatire said here?
I also find it interesting that no
monster PABs seem increase the physical attack accuracy, but WIS increases magic accuracy. Does that mean that Accuracy Chaos Upgrade only affects physical attack, or are magic monsters just better at landing their attacks (Elementals and magic damage skills would have higher hit chance)? Is Accuracy Chaos Upgrade more important for physical attack monsters?
So many questions, Monster Lab confuses me (IMG:[
