Speaking of Amnesia Tokens:

(I asked this question in the general thread and apologize for the redundancy.)

I am using a club and shield. I've leveled a club to 7 and got Fatality (max) and Overpower. Overpower is bad for this style. Is it so bad that I should seek out Amnesia Shards and clear the weapon (then clear it over and over until I get Brutaility as the first pick from Item World)? Or is the weapon good enough and I should level it to 10?

Some problems with IW:
1. Rapier is much better than club in almost all situations other than very low difficulty (in which case axe > club) (1h already has innate stun, and rapier's PA really cuts down on the number of turns needed to kill monsters, especially Giants and Arthropods)
2. For low level players, IW is tough. It takes ages to finish a run, and IWBTH (most efficient difficulty by far) is often too much to handle except for low quality equips
3. Even if IW can be completed, a relevant question is how good the equip is to start with. You can equate the costs of IWing to 10 (no reforging) to around ~200k credits. So for something like that to be worthwhile, hopefully the equip's base value is at least 350k+, and worth soulfusing and forging to 5.
4. The main benefit of IW for melee weapons is the extra strike and Void damage at level 10. The benefit of everything else is small in comparison. If you have Fatality 5, that's just fine, so even if you also get a few useless potencies it's not something to worry about, except for the rich. (Fatality is excellent, and though Brutality is nice, approaching IW perfection takes way more shards and time than someone under 300 should worry about)

well , all the best 1H melee players in HV using rapier for high difficulty (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

PA is the best proc for melee (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

plus you can stun mobs with 1H counter , so using club in 1H style is bad choice (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Well, Mag Ethereal is good at least... well, it would be good if it was the right type, but clubs aren't, not really, unless you were DW.

With 1h, you automatically stun every monster you counter-attack. Especially past 200 1h prof, this means you can automatically stun up to 3 monsters a turn just from your 1h style. Adding a club on top of that which has a small chance of stunning one monster (the one you're attacking, which will likely be stunned anyway), just doesn't do much.

DW players like clubs, because they have no innate stun like 1h does, and because they have less toughness so they need the defense more. But 1h is almost always better off with a more useful and offensive weapon proc, namely Penetrated Armor.

But, again, if a rapier can do the same thing with stuns, what does a club even do?

- According to Wiki there are were more arenas, why they were been eliminated as well? It there was solid reason to do that, or Tenboro trying to do arena page more compact?

- And last question, how you all give a price to equips? I mean somebody posted in thread "how much cost this loot"? And other answer like "200k" or "1m"; how you have decided it? Because sometimes I have found in WTS section some pretty "non-good" equips for big prices, and sometimes pretty great equips no one buying for welcome price. What is secret?

I hate maze riddle coz sometime if you got bad connection than maze riddle pop up , the image is not even showing way out (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

It is easy to say, for me everything the same. It is all about lack of experience in this part of game... We need a special thread especially for price-asking and price-discussion =)

One more question - I did some excel-based calculation which arena is best be using this criterias: monsters per round, stamina per battle, experience per 1 stamina, time consumption per 1 stamina, experience per time, drop per 1 stamina and have found that best arenas are:
- First place - To Kill A God (560 points)
- Second place - Eve of Death (423 points)
- Third place - Exile (403 points)

Do I need to post this calculation and does my suggestion are good in any way?

Because I like this idea and have hard time with ponies - in 70% I have confused with rainbow dash and twilight sparkle, - they looks so close to each other. Sometimes I see dash and missclicked to sparkle or vice verse.
And I have hard times to recognize ponys at all, - so far I remembered like this "is it have a hat - click applejack, if it have long hair and depressive face - fluttershy" and on and on.
Maze is better for me because it is a plain solid logic than pony.
But if it really so bad for low internet connection - it is good that Tenboro eliminate it. =)

I doubt any Mag could be worth the cost of getting perfect IW potencies.

as above mentioned, the current HV build heavily buffed Rapiers and heavily nerfed pretty much all the rest. market switched so much towards this that even decent rapiers are quite cheap nowadays, better to just jump on the bandwagon.

nope, more. if nothing else, because of the innate area of effect proper of this style. and at 200 prof it will be even better (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

it can be used in DW style, paired with a Rapier (Balance? Nimble?)

further optimization to the system. being the only one who can see certain stats, he's also the only one who can see what's most used (thus, worth keeping) and whatnot. or what can be abused by botters or not.

i find market is changing so quickly it's not even worth to try to understand it to such extent. personally i don't tag anything and let users speak first. sometimes i have better deals than the average market, sometimes not. i guess a certain amount of those people were happy with what they earned at the price they earned it at least

always ask for a price cut politely and nicely in WTS thread. thats how economy work.

to do quick price check, compare the items you get to item sold in recent auction.

if you too lazy to compare, you can just drop the equipment link at this thread and post "price check"

and the crowd will judge the equipment trash or not.

I had the same problem at the start, but just look at the "hair", twilight sparkle hair are straight while rainbow dash have a pretty different style.
Instead of relying on the color rely on the shape.
