not yet at your level: you wouldn't be able to properly end it, let apart in a reasonable amount of time. and mobs at your level are so weak you wouldn't even find it useful. 5lv forge in ADB is enough, i guess.

I was actually thinking about doing item world instead of grind fest when i got nothing else to do. Was mostly wondering if it was worth doing item drop/credit wise. And if it was less drops, then if the item upgrade was worth it.

As for which item, i guess probably a 2 hand club?

uh, both GF and IW have lower credit rates. probably for artifacts. however feel free to do whatever you want, provided you don't die meanwhile. probably IW is a little more worth because you will earn a potency meanwhile, but if it's an undesired and you want to reset, it's a supplemental cost - roughly 17k per IW level.
if you mean to actually do it try to unlock Butcher or Fatality first, otherwise give it up

I would prioritize replacing the armor and boots for maybe 3 pab mag+ power of protection, since ur armor has 1 pab and the boot's base adb is 2.37, newer non-slaughter sup quality boots would have at least 8~9 base adb.

shield, body armor and boots. as for the shield, try to go for a 0.82 Mag+ Force Shield, personally i'd say with at least DEX and END. a Leg Buckler of the Barrier should be fine as well, and with last choice a Buckler of Nimble.

body and feet, try to go for an Exq+ Power of Slaughter. boots may also be a Leg of Protection.

Both IW and GF are terrible for income unless you have perks and high training - otherwise it's a waste of time outside of the useful IW upgrades that come from it.

But IW isn't worth doing until you have something worth soulfusing, and even then you probably won't be able to play on IWBTH, so you may just skip IW until level 240 or so until you're capable of clearing it in a somewhat reasonable time.

Its fine, you want to level to 300 as fast as possible.

well, currently at 976 items (950 or so after the auction), so it doesn't require so much time before i'll discover it myself. but either not being able to catch obsoletes that i paid for or the random deletion of something, like it happened a couple of years ago (which with my luck will obviously mean a trimmed piece (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) ) aren't that nice of options...

Is the Arena good for EXP grinding?

The higher level arenas are the best: the 100-round to the ~65-round arenas give more XP per stamina than grindfest, and the 100-round to the 55-round arenas give more XP per monster than grindfest.

DwD gives far more XP per monster than anything else (more than double the total XP of Trio), but it also takes significantly more time. The other two schoolgirl arenas aren't worth it for XP or income except on Normal to Hard.

If your only goal is XP per time, and you have some funds (which I assume you do due to your star), if I were you, save up so you can switch to mage as soon as possible. Even on low difficulty, a well equipped mage will be getting far more XP per turn than melee on PF (no Imperil). Or you might try being a guinea pig and test the 1h + mage method, as discussed some pages back, it may be the best option for a medium-level aspiring mage, and you might be able to play Nintendo or IWBTH once you get to 310 (if you have the equipment to back it up).
