QUOTE(DarkerBlood @ Jan 5 2016, 12:35) Okay... so I accidentally bought a level 500 legendary for 30k credits when I was trying to buy the item right below it. What should I do with it? salvage/sell it back

QUOTE(Void Domain @ Jan 5 2016, 11:23) Mech has pretty average stats. If mech why not beast or reptilian?
As i remember mech has the strongest sp attack. The only problem its pier/slash, so against melee its not the best type and only very slow mage can get it. But mp attacks, melee damage and defense is also in top among "attacking" monsters. So i like mechanoids. If we look at someone like avion then we get: ~22% lower defense against mage ~46% lower base damage ~10-25% lower skill damage After that mech indeed very good.

Elementals is always pain for imperil. Its good idea to use depr counter-resist on pf. Thats why native counter-resist/pen potency is good and elemental mages prefer willow staff. Minimal imperil time against 8+ monsters is very close to something like 3,1 t/round and without depr prof/much counter resists its easy 4+ or even 4,5+. Not so big difference, but with good gear its rly hard to get so much with forge and it also makes run more smooth without risky variance to dangerous many turns period where mp attacks is very likely.

QUOTE(piyin @ Jan 5 2016, 02:28) Hey guys... wanna do an auction with obsolete stuff... which one of these ones is good to be in there?:
i hope there won't be a conflict (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) QUOTE(karyl123 @ Jan 5 2016, 08:15) republish, and let the pop9 expunge it (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) i thought the vigilante was binglo (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) oh well, whatever. at least i won't have to do the dirty work (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) QUOTE(jacquelope @ Jan 5 2016, 10:05) Well hot diggity, can't wait for next Christmas!
you can even donate to have all those at once. and much more (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) QUOTE(izpekopon @ Jan 5 2016, 11:44) as nec said, Ichy is an Elemental with already decent magic-oriented stats on its own, and heavily chaosed by a catgirl troll (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) probably you'd better hope in splash Imperil rather than direct one when dealing with it...

Tried to clear DwD on Pf using 1h Axe (magnificent demonic axe of slaughter). The clear speed.. i don't know. I was getting called all the time and had to leave the pc, but the feeling was... more or less the same clear speed as my rapier. Attention? Minimum. Imperil on the SGs and let the axe do the job with the bleeding stacking. Rounds... a lot more of course.
Impressions? Good. Was watching youtube most of the time while the bleeding and the axe's damage would do the job, while with the rapier i have to use special moves and keep my hands and attention on the keyboard and the screen.
Conclusions? Ok, it's not worth. Many more rounds. A lot more draughts consumed. NOT cost efficient. But i'm not discarding it. DwD clear without me having to keep my attention on the game is actually a welcomed change. Will definitely try it again.

You can not use special moves with rapier and get ~ same speed (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

how come that you pay less attention when you have to cast Imperil all SGs? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) Cast imperil, go back to the minimized screen on youtube, leave the mouse on the SG. Repeat at the next one. Ah!! Well, since my slaughter count is still zero, i doubt i can (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) When i charge the spirit stance with the rapier the damage is really low. Will try it tomorrow (probably) and see.

aye! QUOTE(Epion @ Jan 5 2016, 17:32) Ah!! Well, since my slaughter count is still zero, i doubt i can (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) When i charge the spirit stance with the rapier the damage is really low. Will try it tomorrow (probably) and see. slaughter is somehow not important if you have at least 0.82+ Power armors. the big deal is given when your weapon is IW10 and two or more among: - Spirit Stance: +100% damage
- Heartseeker: +25% damage / +10% crit chance / +14% crit damage (if maxed at your level)
- Overwhelming Strikes: +15% damage / +50% ACC / +10% Parry
stack. and in case we have a Rapier, we also have to add: - 1 stack: -25% mitigation = 75% residual mitigation = + 33% damage
- 2 stack: -50% mitigation = 50% residual mitigation = +100% damage
- 3 stack: -75% mitigation = 25% residual mitigation = +300% damage
in comparison to all these bonuses, 200~300 ADB aren't that much, isn't it? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) [edit]: added Rapier effect This post has been edited by Scremaz: Jan 5 2016, 19:33

QUOTE(Epion @ Jan 5 2016, 18:14) right. i didn't even consider PA effect. if my math is right we should have: - 1 stack: -25% mitigation = 75% residual mitigation = + 33% damage
- 2 stack: -50% mitigation = 50% residual mitigation = +100% damage
- 3 stack: -75% mitigation = 25% residual mitigation = +300% damage
afaik 700 ADB out of 6000 or so is barely more than 10%. sorry, but... what are we speaking about? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
