You can always salvage and return big part of forge. I mostly stopped upgrade my set because more or less satisfied with current result. Next step probably ll be reroll to something with willow staff. But im waiting, because its quite expensive. 10-15m for staff easy and 2-3m each phase. After all its gonna be 30-40m+ for slightly faster result.

Another reason is because im doing only arenas. Clearspeed is good for fest, but in arena its not so important. I mean lets say i can clear in 40 minutes and after some heavy forge or changing style its 35 minutes. This isnt something incredible big. Both is ok for me, but second also cost huge amount of credits.

For 1H, is block (on a shield) more important than anything else (i.e. lower PMI/MMI, or missing 1 PAB) assuming that the difference is high enough (~5%)?

yep. Block is your second line of defense (right behind Evade, but quite before PMI/MMI), and also a good source of offense due to Counter-hits - which at your level should have a 75% chance of processing at every block/parry. therefore, losing a few mit is nothing if compared to a relevant boost of Block.
as for PAB, well - i'd prefer to have at least DEX and END

Yea, holy is the king of no imperil. Probably top holy can clear hellfest in around 3k turns. Its incredible fast. Some even play without imp on pf, but it requires huge budget.

And results are pretty consistent, my clear time is 88% of original. Bleeders like niten may also benefit from it.

Not sure. It should be around 8-9 arti per run, so its only ~0,3ed deficit. Probably they just doesnt shrine it. I mean lets say player clears even 10 fest runs. Its -20 ed and + ~85 arti. Already quite big. And for exp its -40ed.
