Robe gives me only 71 prof, cuz it's a crappy pre patch legendary.
Its very small amount, so its better to change. The best is 4+1 with perk and forge. You can get same prof factor with only 1 cotton. So i d advice first look at good (close to P range) prof item. Better if its robe/pants, because up to 0,8 (which is 585 at you level) prof factor its usually good idea to convert edb to prof. And sure forge it maybe 25-30 times. Its not so expensive, because its mostly only mg-hg wood. Ordinary suffix is ok, but because you ll soulfuse/forge/iw it then its also not so bad idea to look for charged.
Overall thats not very cheap. Im not sure about price for item and maybe its even 1-2m with maybe 2m forge and also some amnesia. But at the moment its the best thing you can improve in set. You ll get same prof with only 1 item and use second slot for additional phase. Its probably ~1t/round lower on pf. UPD. For only that robe change you ll get probably ~0,2-0,3t/round, because its rly bad robe.

Yeah I got 9,35 base elemental prof pants and I can't afford anything better right now so I'll stick with it for some time. Atm I spend all my credits on trainings, so set is not my first priority right now, but this shitty robe needs to be changed asap. Btw is there any prof factor chart with bonuses or you just used 0,8 factor because it's cheap and easy to reach?

I think part of it is that mitigation reduction past a certain point has significant diminishing returns, and eventually almost no returns at all. If Imperil reduces mitigation by 40, then only 35 mitigation reduction from proficiency (1.7 prof factor) is needed to get to 75 mitigation reduction total. But only the schoolgirls have 75 mitigation, and only a couple of the RoB monsters have more. Most monsters we encounter have no more than 70 mitigation, usually 60-70 (so most mitigation reduction past 30 is wasted, unless the player plays a whole lot of high difficulty SG arenas).
4+1 robe with high forging plus perk will give you much more than 1.7 prof factor, so if you're going to forge that much, I think the implication is that it's better to go with a worse slot like gloves or cap (just enough to get to ~1.7) so that the full benefit of robe stats can be utilized (for EDB).
But if you're not going to forge a lot then it likely doesn't matter, because there won't be any "wasted" extra proficiency regardless of what slot is used.
It's probably not too important for you because the quality of your gear won't be high enough for that, likely, so you're not wasting parts of a slot regardless.
Oh. 9,35 is very good. I had to think about it, because you have quite high prof factor with bad robe, so second item should be nice. So you can easily keep it very long time and forge it later.
0,7-0,8 is optimal with imperil, because it gives 29-35 mitg reduction and with 40 from debuff it covers or all or almost all monsters. Actually for fire it might be better closer to 35, because 70+ fire mitg isnt something very rare. But its not very significant and mostly for ideal builds, so even 0,7 is ok. But if its lower, lets say 0,6 then its only 23+40 mitg reduction and you ll deal less damage. Also higher than 0,8 is bad, because it no longer reduces mitg and additional cotton means edb drop. Besided mitg prof gives casting speed and counter-resist, but its already not enough. So you can see for imperil elemental mage 1 solid slot like robe or pants is good, because its still 4 phase, but already enough for mitg reduction.
And yea, 9,35 is more than enough. Here is also example with average turns reduction (on pf with imperil/same magic score, but different prof factor). 0,4 --> 0,5 ~0,3t/round 0,5 --> 0,6 ~0,23t/round 0,6 --> 0,7 ~0,15t/round 0,7 --> 0,8 ~0,1t/round So its not something very big if you have a bit magic score and imperil debuffs. But overall its ~0,7t/round and for mage it means 5-10% clearspeed, which is significant. Max with your pants should be ~0,8.

What games you played did not have good community? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) There are always good sites whether it be the official forum, reddit or some dedicated sites.

Heroes of newerth, dota 2, league of legends mostly. So basically the absolutely most toxic communities on the internet.

but probably we are among the most self-aware of our condition, thus quite self-ironic (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) ditto. but iirc, even Jessica Nigri (pretends to) play league of legends, isn't it?
It might be true. I stopped playing league of cancer more than 3 years ago. But its very popular for female streamers to just play most popular game on shitty level with "facecam" pointed on cleavage for easy donations. 21st century prostitution I guess (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Btw how toxic are they? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) I think its always the case with competitive games, one just needs to git gud to avoid the toxic? I play a lot of cs 1.6 back then, dont think its toxic at all.

damn straight!
funniest thing is, every now and then you see something like 'xxx donated 1$' blinking on video, but other times even 50/100$ or so (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

If you are a new player you will experience every possible insult known to humanity in your first few games. Hon also had a kickvote option for first few years so new players just got kicked from the games like 80% of time. Hardcore mobas have very steep learning curve and old players are mostly elitist fags who just keep insulting newbies to compensate small penises. Thats why its recommended to play mobas with friends only. Also you need to gain complete immunity to racist slurs and parents targeted insults, because it's a regular thing in mobas.

I don't know about the others but league of s**t is toxic no matter how good you are. From bronze to challenger you can find people that have as their only interest to ruin your day.

Something that stands out about HV is that objective, optimal builds/equips/fighting styles/prices/etc can be determined with high confidence. Many other games are more complicated or rely on less controllable factors - randomness, twitchy reaction time, a large number of overlapping options (making finding the optimal ones much more difficult), etc. Also, in those games, from what I've seen there are quite a lot of people who think they have a decent sense of going on, but actually don't, which ends up only confusing newbies in the end. So even if other communities aren't toxic, they're often not necessarily that helpful.
Now that I think about it, this is one of the biggest things I like about HV. All it takes to figure things out and carry out the best strategies is intelligence, math, and time. It's complicated enough to be quite interesting, but not complicated to the point of being very hard to put all the options together into a coherent big picture, which many other games are like.

Those e-whgoreas earns thousands of dollars for day of streaming. It's very lucrative for the most popular ones. Also there once was a lol streamer who was crippled [paralyzed legs, wheelchair only]. He streamed for few years and then once he forgot to turn his cam off and just stood straight and walk away from the computer (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) His fans just exploded with rage.
