keep STR = DEX = END = WIS, for whatever melee build.
if you use Light armors (like you should at this point) keep also AGI = END. for Heavy armors AGI can be kept lower. INT can always be kept lower than the others

as for perks, well... aim for IA1 and IA2 for now. Postage Paid if you plan to buy/sell a lot

For drop trainings, until train to the point where one level requires ~10% of your daily income, which likely isn't much at all. They're a credit sink, and only start to really pay off for those who play a lot (read: level 300 and above).

Optimal PABs depend on your weapon style and armor type, but if you're melee, which I assume you are, the easy rule is Str = Dex = End = Wis > Agi >>> Int. Dexterity is just as good as Str, and at higher levels, probably better.

Hath perks require income, which can be gotten in many different ways. Play HV, upload stuff, buy a few stars, etc... which one you choose to do is up to you.

Because the author cares more about Freezing than his other series (cause it sells more, wonder why). The Legend of Maian is also way better than that but it still got the axe. I don't understand either...

I always make Protection,Regen,Shadow Veil,Haste ,health draught,and mana draught maintain
but I can only do the Nintendo Difficulty.The IWBTH is not efficient and I will get instantkill in the PFUDOR and I don't have spare mana to cast Spark of life.

What equipment should I soul fuse?
I think my weapon is very good , and I never find any usable
Magnificent or Legendary equipment in Bazaar ,so I consider to soulfuse it .Is it okay?
