QUOTE(Fudo Masamune @ Dec 12 2015, 16:47) I just stare at the screen after pressing printscreen, reloading would just delay the load longer, and it shows up sloooowwwwly at 7 seconds remaining. Just how slow is your net?? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) QUOTE(Fudo Masamune @ Dec 12 2015, 16:47) true true, saddest part is you can't grind staff proficiency while doing the normal arena-re business, not to mention... there's also the magic proficiency grinding after all this... Magic Proficiency comes naturally. It's the Staff Proficiency that's the pain in the ass.

If i'm giving out average quality 2H weapons to newbies, which type of 2H weapon would suit their needs best (level <100)?
would Longsword > Estoc = Mace > Katana, be accurate enough, assuming at low level full offense would be preferred.
I probably shouldn't even give out Katanas i think (its weaker than longsword when wield alone and not recommended that newbie pick up niten as they don't earn any proficiency when using niten).
Any opinions?

I prefer longsword > mace > katana = estoc , izpe (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) estoc is for high difficulty & lvl , katana for niten (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

estoc prime power is PA ~ usefull in nintendo above ~ , you don't expect newbie below 100 to playing nintendo above (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) QUOTE(izpekopon @ Dec 12 2015, 20:23) Wouldn't mace and estoc be rated about the same(Mace stun proc disables enemy evade/parry, estoc for PA proc)?
PA only become more usefull at high difficulty where mobs PMI is high (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) while mace is usefull for survival in all difficulty (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

QUOTE(izpekopon @ Dec 12 2015, 18:53) Wouldn't mace and estoc be rated about the same(Mace stun proc disables enemy evade/parry, estoc for PA proc)? Mace is a trap. Stun is a trap. Believe me. Newbies don't usually have enough firepower to finish off all monsters within the stun period, and when the stun wears off, they don't usually have enough defense to survive the x2 attacks.
