The lv10 iw on weapon, hollowforged, has no effect on the existing burden. Only weapons that are ethereal by default have no burden.

featherweigh is cheap since each effect is 1 hour

infusion is more expensive 15 minutes/item

The lower level it is, the more likely it is to be contested.

Well. Ethereal also has weak side. Its easy to fix with featherweight charm which cost... 500 credits for hour? Its quite cheap. At the same time if it has good strike like dark/holy then its much easier for perfect iw. So if player rly wanna that strikes than its much easier to get non ethereal and 4000 featherweight for 2m. Actually thats half of year non stop usage if player is lazy to do it each time.

Quite a few pages back, IIRC someone mentioned that the EDB on melee weapons does not actually affect the damage from the element-strikes.
So there's actually no point to forging the EDB on melee weapon is there?

only point i'd see would be to use a few elemental bindings - since there's not that big of a market - and to earn cheap PXPs rather than to do another IW run
