He has quite low mana cost, so he probably using kite/buckler and for 58% block he forged that minimal 30-35 times (or use enchant). Quite good parry, so he probably forged that in rapier a bit also. And sure adb, but probably thats slaughter and without high budged that should have not so high base pmi. He forged that too probably a bit.

back then when I was 300+ I still use exq and mag no legend at all (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)

well , without high LoTD , it's vey hard to get leg in the past aria (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

plus some gears price still very expensive compare to now , especially shade & power (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

Well.. all the newer level assigned sup/exq and below quality equipment only comes with 2 PABs.
Wanting all 3 PABs, one would have to find older sup/exq equipments or mag+.

So i think if any user want a cheap alternative for 6800c as placeholder til they find anything better,
the 19 base ADB 2 PAB DEX END power slaughter armor would fit quite nicely.

In addition, not everyone can afford to buy mag+ power slaughter,
even if u consider auctions, u might be heavily contested.
And of coz, low level equipment is scarce.

I was more or less like that when on your level, maybe even worse since I'm still using exq rapier until lvl 360.
no need to feel down about it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) just get a better shield, with higher block chance you wouldn't need to cure too much.

Yep. I'm not sure a great rapier is too important either, I was also using exq until level 390-something, until the Hallowed bonus was removed. I never got a solid upgrade to it either, used a Nimble instead. (Plan was to use it in GF. But then GF become pointless...) After all, Power Slaughter is where most ADB comes from, not from weapon.

A semi-forged shield is what really helps with no-attention clearing. There's nothing wrong with Kite or Buckler of Barrier either, they're a hell of a lot cheaper to forge, and they're probably a better choice than Force for those without millions to throw around. Much more cost efficient - the ceiling is lower, but if you're forging that much you should be using Force anyway.

Yeah, Peerless chance is static with each equipment piece generated. But the vast majority of equipment generated is by high-level players, even though there are many more lower-level players - see Bazaar. So I'd expect most gear of any type (peerless, leg radiant, crude trash) to be generated by level 350+s.

Hard to say. There are many high-lvl binded, but all crude-average now is lvl free, so i dont know who sold it. Maybe low lvl, but maybe high-lvl on low diff. And many lowgrade just deliting from it after some time.
