OFC usually 1 shots (or close to 1 shot) enemies,
FRD seems to hit enemies for about less than 1/4 their hp.
Can't see any fighting style benefiting much from using FRD, so its a useless skill at the moment?

With an estoc, light armor, some bonus attack speed and FRD, you can supposedly use FRD and refill your OC enough + reset the cooldown to cast FRD again right after the first one ends.

As I said, hobbleskirt bullshit armor passing for heavy.

Two dilemmas there:
Upgrading to better armor would probably cost more than 2.5M; heck, upgrading the armor I have to Lv 5 might cost that much; and there probably is no more LU armor left that would be better than that... I already tried and this was the best I could get. I'd need to be near L350 just to soulfuse the higher quality stuff that's available on the HV market.

well, if i have to say it, only shield and armor are a bit crappy. upgrade those two and you should be good to go for a while.
btw, when you salvage a forged armor you'll earn back 90% of used items (actuators included) so it's still quite solid of an investment to raise all your gears by a bit rather than having a single outstanding piece. just my thought though

i posted a piece of log once. throw in all you've got (SS, PAx2, whatever...) and still FRD deals the same damage of an OFC launched without SS and as soon as round started. its main purpose is to mass-stun though, as nobody said

Strange, i have a problem with blood tokens after token perk. Sure chance is reduced, but i thought 2x should compensate that. For last 2 days i got only 6 blood tokens.

More or less. But it has stun for 5 turns and if player has high action speed (like dw with waki/swiftness) than it can be almost full-time stun

Not quite. But to use it requires too much strategy, so most of the players don't bother to use it.

Not verified but the problem should be that the perk reduces your chances of getting a blood token from arena bonus while not increasing the chance of getting a token.

Hats off, that's quite a feat (also the Variations chapter made me die a little inside).
My record is something like 0.3kg of [en.wikipedia.org] this (the tl;dr is that I added too many chili peppers and I had to finish all the pasta myself).

Because I'm unsure if it's better to salvage or keep/sell this.
