What parts of equip should i change the most?(the most?bad eng,sry)

focus on adding the last IW level on your rapier. aslo, a force shield with END may be helpful to you

Proficiency staff as in what you use to bash monsters for proficiency O xO ?
I think any staff would be the same, since your physical attack isn't that high anyway. You can also break it for even less attack :3

I just stumble on another issue though (_ _") How do you grind cloth proficiency ?
I tried to wear full cloth and do crude IW on Nintendo, but the monster still hit so hard my regen isn't enough to keep me up, and 2 spells at the same time still kill me >"< Cloth has no ability that help with defending too.

not sure, but why not trying DW cloth? at least you'll have some parry

no, not really. as long as it have high block and at least DEX and END you should be good to go - and also, bonus granted by suffix is still multiplicative, so in the end is barely visible

but if you have the chance to choose at something, then maybe Zircon/Onyx/Ruby prefix and Protection suffix. or you may go for Stoneskin for cheap gears. furthermore, since you will have already a high enough slashing mit you may even spare a few APs (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Nice illustration. Also plausible to use the graph to explain the relation between the general state of consciousness of one's possessions and their amounts. Just need to change what x- and y-axis represent.

Sometimes you get monsters that hit harder than others.
If you see that on that turn a regen on it's own or a protect/regen don't keep you up, weaken them, kill them and try the next round, or just flee to make things faster and retry.
I do fair (don't have crude) IW with cloth to train deprecating and sometimes i get that 1st turn that the enemy hits hard. Just get the next.

Are you sure you're playing in a low PXP item world? 103 PXP is ideal. 160 PXP is too much. There's a huge difference.

Are you sure Scan results in proficiency gain? It might be counted as a skipped turn in the same vein as Defend/Focus/Spirit Stance, allowing for no prof gain during that turn.
