what script better to use to get BBcode of items?

That's kinda bad indeed.

The recommended setup for 1H is an ethereal/hallowed/demonic rapier of slaughter + Force Shield with high block + a set of power armor (slaughter is best, balance second best), with everything having all possible PABs (except maybe AGI on the rapier).

Your burden is currently way too high, you should aim for 70 max in order to not get the crit penalty. And stoneskin suffix is completely useless, slashing attacks are rare because there isn't any armor type that's particularly weak against it, which means monster trainers avoid putting slashing attacks on their monsters. The more you know.

Why not protection? Sure balance has crit, but if ppl wanna more attack than they use slaughter. And if they need something else, than its probably defense. Actually full power of protection set isnt very bad, specially until high lvl where stats/forging is already not problem.

VV is well worth it, certainly better than IA4, and likely better than IA3. Especially at your level, where survivability is a significant issue, it's a good idea.

That said, you need decent equipment first by far before thinking about perks.

Well, yeah, other suffixes are okay too. I tend to favor Slaughter and Balance because I tend to value attack higher than defense. Balance is a cheaper alternative to Slaughter.

Each level of Ability Boost from training grants u 1 Ability Point.
These Points can be skilled under the Abilities tab to enhance skills.
Better Regen (improves Regen) and Better Cure (Improves Cure) are under Supportive 1 Ability Skill Tree.

How to get unassigned equip?It's only the equip that cames from old times when there were no leves?or there is another way?

I upgraded my Magnificent Amber Force Shield of Protection's block to level 5 as advised.
I don't suppose its worth it to spend anymore on it, right? Since it now needs bindings.

Old equipment from few patch back, if not mistaken.
To obtain, probably only through players that own them (Buy/Sell/Trade) or Bazaar (some ppl sell their unwanted unassigned equips there).
