What should i upgrade next?

I thought Token of Blood only came from RoB and Arena battles. You can get them in Grindfest?

There is a "Token Bonus" when you finish each arena and RoB. But aside from that, Tokens are also a part of natural drops like potions/crystals etc. Meaning, they can drop anywhere, even in IW and GF.

The Armor. Warding is not good right now. And try to get a piece which has END. If there is one PAB missing, make sure it's STR.

It is that crappy ln() function that renders it almost useless for ADB at high levels. Any "pure" ADB wins against STR. I wonder if anyone yet calculated a sweet spot for STR... at my level i can tell you that 1 STR = 1.33 ADB and 1 DEX = 0.66 ADB or so. something like 3 STR = 4 ADB and 3 DEX = 2 ADB, at least from character PABs. but from armor PABs it seems way less, almost unrelevant gain

Shops mostly give you an answer for pricing...

The shops also charge 30-40K for noodlies. I can't sell it for >22K

I just now saw one WTB for 2.5K for a shade fragment (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

The WTB is sometimes packed with posts, where topic starters do not have a reasonable pricing. Some are just not knowing, others hope for catching some uninformed players. I do not say they do this by purpose, sometimes it is just a typo, sometimes they hope a Samaritan grants them something...
I mean, selling an ED below 60k these days is just not ok. And if you find in WTS some EDs you have to be really fast before DJack buys them all.
Same goes for other items. A bid for spirit potion for 25 credits is just something to facepalm, or a bid for Amnesia Shards for 8k, still 25% below a reasonable price...
Your noodles should wait until the next patch, then turn them in - if you feel lucky^^ I saved my noodels until I had the "old" LOTD 15, but you can turn them in and pray to Snowflake for a Legendary. Noodles are a gamble. See them as lottery tickets. Mostly you get trash, but then... ^^

Huh, I always got about the same loot from a Noodly as I got from a Holy Hand Grenade, which is why I sell them. I only cry about Precursor Artifacts because it might drop an energy drink or Hath. But it rarely does for me so I sell it.

Now I'm even more confused as to how to price some stuff. Don't trust WTB, WTS is overpriced... what to trust?

Searching an exq eth rapier of slaughter at lvl 59-260 is rare- It eiter has to be lvl0 (unassigned) or a lvl 26 to 260 player has to find such a weapon. The new drop system is not very likely to spit out an exq with eth prefix.
Drop_roll estimated for your WTB leaving aside the rapier_drop_roll still is
exq_prefix * prefix_eth * suff_slaughter
1/4 * 3/10 * 1/7 = 3/280 ~ 1.1%
Considering this and estimating an exq rapier drop at lvl < 200 as ~0.2% the chances melt away.
