Higher, but not so much.
Lets say monster have 66% defense, than after 3pa i think it should be 0,66*0,25=0,165. Additional imperil gives half of that. So in dps from 10k hit we have 3400/8350/9175. You can see its not big difference in last 2 and for full imperil cast you need ~4 turns. Usually its near same turns/round, but you also spending mp for that and attention.

Not rly. Pxp was something like grade of all rolls. So gear can have high ADB/PXP and can have high acc/PXP. Its absolutely different equip and we need only specific high stats instead random.

2nd of 3rd. Im not sure about kite. It has lower mp price, but with unlimited pots its probably not so important even on your lvl. But maybe kite easier to forge (or maybe not, because its legendary). But both of em isnt very bad, specially with at least little forge like 10 times block.

They are not spectacular in terms of block since Old Exquisite has similar blocking ability.

Also since the patch, the equipment ranges for shield blocking stats has shifted upward hence it might be best for a self-find or even buying a crappy exq one from bazaar.

Note that I am not an expert, just wanted you to know about new equipment ranges on the force shields before making any decisions.

force shield need DMM to forge while that leg kite shield need more HG wood than mag force shield (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)


you can try to find some leg buckler of barrier too ~ I still using it and don't have any plan to replace it with force shield (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

2nd (f2) should be better. MMI wont give you much difference. Also both for me have ~95 STR+DEX. But dex gives more counter attacks, crit, acc and parry while str only slightly more adb, overwelming strikes chance (quite easy to cap) and a bit crit. And finally END, which gives 6hp for each point and pmi/mmi.

But, as nobody_xxx said they mostly equal.

All the shields that you have listed including f2 (base block of 32.89) and my old shield (base block of 32.87) are from before 0.82 patch that is why they are "level unassigned" because they are OLD.

Maximum Base Block Stat changes:

OLD:
Exquisite: 32.87
Magnificent: 33.92

NEW:
Exquisite:34.58
Magnificent:36.34

I got these stats from Equipment Ranges wiki Page.

Basically what I am saying is that new force shield could have better block stats than compared to the older "level unassigned" shields.

However all that being said even though a new exquisite could have better block than old magnificent it is MISSING a PAB due to the patch changes.

You need to remember that it's hard to find exquipment for his lvl range (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I think it's better just buy that holy demon shield than waiting for the drop/find it in WTS since we all know that mostly equipment range in shop now is 350+ (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Don't forget to ask some discount (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
