Thanks. Should I use AP for EXP bonus to boost my exp or just save it for other stuff?

I'd save it for other stuff. Now that we have ItemWorld, there are far less costly ways of gaining EXP fast.

This is true at low levels, but once levels start costing millions of experience, yeah, you are probably going to want some EXP boosts.

you can either use it or trade it for better equipment I think. There's no real profit from selling it except for some credits worth only 1/5 your price.

Actually, you could sell it for a higher price to someone on the forums. Some people paid as much as 14,000 C for one in the past, though that price may be lower now.

I've been buying them for 8,000, so yeah, it is a lot lower.

There's any difference between artifacts? I saw someone selling different artifacts with different prices.

Technically, you can sell them for whatever you want. Though I don't know why the same person would price two artifacts differently.

And do the same thing.

At low levels, your best option is probably checking the the players' stores in the WTS threads for people willing to take Artifacts in exchange for better Equipment then you have. I have traded Artifacts for a lot of very good weapons and some armor, too.

Over a hundred levels higher, redeeming them at the shrine is often more valuable.

Ok, I have found a good way to grind while also passing time.
While on firefox, make the screen smaller and exit full screen like so:
[i50.tinypic.com] http://i50.tinypic.com/dvg9y.jpg
Then proceed to make the inside of the screen smaller by holding down ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel down.
[i46.tinypic.com] http://i46.tinypic.com/neezwy.jpg
And finally, turn on your favorite anime and keep grinding. For better effect either use headphones, or use a touch pad mouse (like the ones on laptops)
[i50.tinypic.com] http://i50.tinypic.com/241s1n5.jpg

After some time you'll get used to the rhythm and won't even need to look at the screen. Multitasking FTW xD

P.s. I advise this to any newcomers and if you don't want to die, do this on cake level, since it's easy to miss that you ran out of health.

Edit:
P.p.s. is there a thread that explains what the abbreviations stand for? DW,1HS,OC,etc? I find that I get confused when reading topics that would otherwise help me...

There is no thread that covers that info as of yet. Your question makes me think I should add something to the wiki about it, but that will happen when I have free time.

As for the ones you asked.
DW- Dual Wield
1HS- 1-hand shield. (the fighting style)
OC- Overcharge.

Thanks for the advise. I'll reopen my store and sell some artifacts.

I had the same problem. You need to PM BunBun and he'll change it for you. It's here, the last line

Got a little question here

[i50.tinypic.com] http://i50.tinypic.com/21m9jwh.png

Looking at my current abilities, assuming we are keeping everything there exactly as is, what should I be doing with the current 13 remaining AP?

Other then Shield and Barrier, I've never bothered with any of the buff/debuffs. Should I put some points into any of the debuffs? If so, which ones, and why?

Weaken and Bewilder at the next tier are almost essential in fighting the bosses and above. Poison is also useful when fighting them (more for the reduction in MP/SP regen than the damage though if you proc PA before casting Poison, then it can do serious damage.). I'd pick up at least one of them simply to get some deprecating proficiency.

Do you fight as a mage? I assume from your AP spent on Fire and Cold that you do, so my suggestion would be to pick up all 11 points in Tier 1 Elec (Lighting, Thunderstorm, and Static Charge). Elec is the least-resisted elemental spell type, meaning you'll get more bang for your buck against more monsters by using Elec than you will for any other element.

Then, put the other 2 points into Weaken, since it's good for keeping yourself alive against minibosses (except Mind Raper; they deal very low physical damage), and it's the cheapest way to raise your deprecating prof.

Since you admitted that you've never picked up deprecating magic, you absolutely need to do that now, because your deprecating prof is extremely important when you start going up against bosses. I'd suggest killing all but 1 monster in each of the first 5-7 arenas and then spamming weaken until you run out of MP, so you can make the most out of the the full-heal from finishing the arena. You desperately need to raise your deprecating prof, and that's the best way I've found to do it. Especially with a Staff equipped, because Coalesced Mana makes it even cheaper.

As you gain more AP, I'd suggest investing in Haste, as it makes quite a large difference in survivability for mages. The key to being a powerful mage is killing your opponents before they ever get a chance to attack, and Haste helps to ensure that your second and subsequent AOEs of each round happen faster than your enemies' second and subsequent turns.

Also, next time you reset your abilities, ignore Barrier. It's virtually worthless because a very small percentage of all attacks made against you are Magical, so it's not worth the MP to partially protect yourself against them. As Boggy said, Poison is also quite useful against bosses because it halves their MP and SP regen rates, preventing them from using their powerful special attacks quite so often. Slow is also very good against bosses, but you don't really need it until level 100 when you unlock Endgame and Twisted Plots) unless you plan to do the Ring of Blood battles before then.

just a question of curiosity: Can you send Hath Perks to other people? I've been searching around but cannot find the answer.

No, but you can send/sell the hath needed through the exchange using the buyout. You just have to be well coordinated so some third party doesn't come along and try to snipe the auction.

I have the same question...

I think that through the Bounty is a safe way, but do not know if the system charges a commission. Sometimes I see people sending by "Buy out" of the "Hath Exchange" for a low price, but the person to whom you are sending the Hath, must be fast to buy.

There is another way to send Hath?

Ok, so far I think I'm doing pretty well, can someone look over my stats and tell me if I missed something, or something o_o;? any advice would be appreciated!

[i46.tinypic.com] Stats/Proficiencies
[i49.tinypic.com] Abilities
[i45.tinypic.com] Equipment
[i48.tinypic.com] Auras

This is where I'm having trouble, I used to be able to do just fine in the arena, but now I can barely survive "a rolling stone" and "blazing field" on normal, I use up my SP and a lot of pots ;S is that normal?
