(yeah its super rare now well at least for me I think I've got zero energy drink from like the last 10 to 20 artifacts).

Not worth doing that. Can sell noodle for 30k each netting you 60k for 2 noodle. And can probably achieve a 55k to buy an energy drink so you still profit 5k worth of credit more by selling them instead of trading. But then again who know how much ED prices will rise because I think they were only averaging 45k only a short while ago.

"This is primarily an anti-cheating mechanism, but is also used to add a "Rested" EXP bonus."

I think cheating probably mean botters or something like that. Probably is also designed to slow down heavy grinding types.

There are other HV-related forums, where some of the forums having players buying Noodles @60k+. (said one of my friends there)
They don't make WTB threads here for some reasons. One reason is they have their own WTB forum.
Another reason is that some of them want to limit certain kinds of tradings to their "group" rather than sharing with outsiders.
There are even smaller "groups" in a group. I know some players who buy stuff at very good prices, even compared to most WTS prices, but they don't want their identities to be known by outsiders. (Some of the players are quite generous. I happened to receive hundreds of Featherweight Shards back when I was still playing melee when making a deal with someone there.)
Well, I just want to point out that even though Noodly looks "cheap" (30k ~ 45k) in the WTB here, they are actually pricier than you might think. The price you consider "too high" is because the sellers are targeting certain buyers in those groups.
(Not sure one of the players you listed, he is not in any group so far as I know.)

Ayup, slow down heavy grinding types. Figured as much. That was the only way I could interpret "rested EXP bonus". To me that means stopping the 24-hour clickers from killing themselves.

WTT for me is kinda incidental, where I don't actively update (mainly targeting potential traders from certain "groups"), but I think the rate is still fair. (at least not "nasty")

also... is it worth getting the Hath Perk

regen can't be put in IA, so cast it and hope (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
jokes apart, this is one of the reasons i wouldn't buy too many IA slots, apart for the fact they start to become expensive. i guess that if you really need it and channelling gems don't drop/channelling doesn't proc with regen, you'd really better to simply cast it. or cast it, and use the almost-granted subsequent channelling to cast boosted regen...

btw, protection isn't really useful to be put in IA because cheap and quite long duration. you may want to switch it with spirit shield and simply manually cast protection

You don't, basically. You fight with whatever the mobs drop to you, until you get enough credits to buy from WTS.

moreover at your level pretty much everything will become obsolete quite soon. you'd better combat with barely decent equips (even crappy ones are ok for a while) and replace them every now and then. start to look for something decent as soon as your level up speed will significantly decrease

[edit]: 2H + full leather of protection should be viable and quite easy to find. longsword at first for high ADB, then maybe mace for mass-stun proc. by the time mace won't be enough you'll already be around lv200, thus thinking about switching to 1H

Regen costs a lot, so Channeling often comes, with which you can cast Heartseeker. But even without that, as long as I have more than ~50% MP, I'll cast Heartseeker anyway, since the clear speed bonus is much better than the alternative.
