I looked up some Legendary/Peerless Katana, but couldn't concluded the answer.

Overpower is best, it gives you the fastest cleartime.

apart from Overpower, i'd say Fatality since you will use it with a waki. then, why not to take advance of this chance and try to go for +20 crit damage? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I don't think anyone's paying 60k for them currently? Did you see any recent offer?

I see some vendors selling it for that much, and they haven't lowered their prices:

I don't see that in the wiki? Why would that name be more forbidden than any of the other real life people names I see in there? Who is Jessica Nigri anyway?

You're expected to use draughts all the time. Once you can play and survive comfortably at reasonably high difficulty, I think draughts should be dropping faster than you can consume them.

With HA proficiency almost maxed, and 1H going over 100 (so that you can have 2 counters/turn), you should have become tougher. Once 1H goes over 200 for 3 counters, you'll be even tougher still.

And higher difficulties is beneficial toward raising my 1H to 200 - more turns per round, less stamina consumption. Ah man. But as you said I should be getting more draughts than I consume and of course the XP gain increases. But it costs more time and got real life kids who need leveling-up, too... sigh.

butcher on 77 base damage is good.
& i think butcher is all about max forge, that's why i said it's not good on rapier.
