I already sent credits for it, how do I cancel?

I'm going to take a time-out on equipment hunting except maybe a force shield, I stared at that thing for five minutes and could have sworn I saw "level assigned". Everything else I see is less than 600 damage, that's not much improvement from what I have.

But pretty much for cancelling an order I would post on the sellers WTS thread to cancel or send another MM with a cancel notice I guess. I don't actually buy very much from players so I don't know what is done usually.

Also if it was unassigned before perhaps the seller might have sold it to another buyer who placed the order before you did. Then I guess the seller should return credit seeing as you don't have the goods. Just read you newest post hence this isn't the case.

Well you have posted this on the expert thread perhaps someone here can help you out especially if they know the seller.

Generally speaking, what this means is that, for a particular element, a staff is the right type (eg. Oak for Holy), and has a useful prefix (EDB of that element), and has a useful suffix (EDB of that element, or proficiency of that element, or Destruction, or maybe Focus). If a staff lacks any of those, its value goes down drastically and is often not even worth trying to sell.

I'd hold off on grinding proficiency until you're sure you're going to switch in the next couple days or so. Proficiency rises more slowly the closer it gets to your level, so the most efficient use of time is to go from 0 to (level) at once, rather than, eg., (0 to (2/3)level) and then ((2/3)level to (4/5)level) and then ((4/5)level to (level)), with lowered proficiency gain before the end.

Good point, I will probably hold off grinding prof then. Well I guess the only thing left for me now is to grind lvl. outs like crazy.

Thank you everyone for all your help and advice today it really helpful because I do actually plan on diversifying my playstyle sometime in the future to include maging, just need to get past some lvl and equipment hurdles first.

Comparing equipment is a whole lot easier, for you and for others, by just looking at the base damage. Since damage scales by level, no one has much sense of how much it really is unless the base number is given.

Somewhat counterintuitively, the biggest strength in using a 1h weapon is the defense you gain while using the style, whereas your firepower comes from Power armor (once you're leveled enough to use Power instead of Plate). Well, power armor and rapier's PA proc. It's strange, weapon style provides most of the defense, while armor provides most of the offense. You don't have to worry much about low weapon damage as long as it's a rapier and isn't too far below Smax.

That's one of the reasons I always COD when possible when buying/selling, to guarantee that the credits and equip/item are exchanged at the exact same time.

My eyes done tricked me. It wasn't unassigned. But some kind soul helped me out mega big time, so I'm actually giving it away in WTS.

Pretty sure it could any elemental strike.

Random all. Holy/dark preferred of course, but it's so expensive/time consuming to get in addition to some desired potencies.

maybe 30~40M+ since it ADB is great but all equipment price is going down now compare with 0.81 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Is there any plausible way of making Light Armor + 1 Handed work? I'm having trouble getting enough damage, but switching to power is going to be such a hassle.
