The clear bonus for DWD @ PFUDOR is the new tier 7 [source], which is at least Exq. It is not guaranteed to be Magnificent, and I've gotten Exquisites since 0.83.

That was in the beginning of the patch. The clear bonus (or the quality of Tier-7) has most possibly been re-tweaked recently. Have you gotten any Exq grade gear from it for the last 8 days? In PFUDOR that is. At least 7 people that I know (and myself) are getting at least Mag grade from PFUDOR DwD clear bonus for the last 8 days. If that is sheer luck, then I'm speechless. Yeah... a bit annoying to use, especially since that OC costs you some 15 turns of half damage (in non-SS). Not a great tradeoff.

I imagine Niten or 2h + Power would be good on low difficulty, where damage taken is small, and individual monsters aren't quite tanky enough for PA to be essential. But higher than that (Nintendo+?) might start getting too inefficient.

I still get exquisite from PF DWD. but really low.

last week. got 1 exquisite and 6 mag.

btw, niten really bad on high difficulty.

niten has no defensive capability ryt....

only basic parry + waki parry + shadow veil.

for comparison.

I use dual. rapier + waki = 75% parry + SV
random heavy armor.

result dead on round 6 PF TT&T

Course, Power Slaughter is always better than Power Balance in every case. I guess one could use Balance if Slaughter is too expensive or doesn't drop for them, but it's never the type of choice.

Im playing with 2h Fine mace of the slaugther 647 crushing 28% stun chance
I wear Heavy armor 2 pieces are superior plate of protection and 3 are fine plate of protection.
My AP: (MAX for mi lvl 170)
Max HP Tank
Max MP Tank
Max SP Tank
Max Better Mana Pot
Max 2H Damage and ACC
Max Everything in the Heavy Armor

Deprecating 1 and 2: Nothing

Supportive 1:
Max: HASTE - CURE - REGEN - SV - ABSORB

Supportive 2:
Max: Prot
Didnt spent AP on SoL because right now its too expensive didnt know if its was worth it.

I played grindfest in normal for 100t+ without problem i flee because i got bored.
Right now im doing random encounters in NM or Hell

My questions:
Are my proficiency ok ?

do you recomend to start using deprecating spells ? (my biggest problem is mana managment)

Do i drop heavy armor por light ?
am i going to suffer the lower proficiency if i change armor now?

Okay so my last gift from the Monster Lab was Wednesday. My monster (Rowdy Ronda Rouseys Roundhouse, have you encountered her yet? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) ) has maintained top morale, its hunger bar is full, and AFAIK it's active with PL 160. Y u no send me a gift little monster?
