QUOTE(EsotericSatire @ Aug 3 2015, 21:00) Mutli-elemental builds are difficult and possibly not even viable until level 450.
TBH it was mostly dictated by my equipment, but even so was a two-elemental setup. It wasn't until I got my good staff drop the other day that I was really motivated to build out the rest of the set. Though the one drawback I see is that I'm useless against FSM unless I pop over to my holy set. edit: Though an every-element setup would be rocking if those effect explosions got beefed up. Level 450
Shocking Redwood of Destruction (archmage 5 and Annhilator 4) Radiant Fire Cap Radiant Wind Robe Frugal Gloves of Elementalist Radiant Ice Pants Frugal Shoes of Elementalist
This build should be pretty badass, as you can cycle tier 3 elemental magic and most of the dmg is from MDB and proficiency. Very very specific though.
I guess adding electricity to that and having the full cycle would be extremely difficult if not impossible. When going the single spell build do you just cast the one element your focusing on and ignore the explosion bonuses?

And you can use infusion to do even more awesome damage!

QUOTE(nobody_xxx @ Aug 3 2015, 22:38) it just me or PFU monster in 0.83 deal more damage (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) Hm, I don't think so. 0.83 increased the minimum level of monsters you'll encounter. So as I understand it, high-level players will face high-level monsters more often. So you could be feeling the effects of that.

I don't found any change in monster PL in fight. There are too many high PL monster so raise the floor do not give much impact.

i just switched my old Mag Amber Shade Breastplate of Shadowdancer (4 PABs) with a Mag Savage Shade Breastplate of Shadowdance (3 PABs, missing DEX). plus, i got quite bored at work so i had a bit of spare time to do a comparison with the main differences: CODE | | | Mag. Amber | Mag. Savage | | ---------------------------------------┼--------------┼--------------- | | Level-bound | 344 | 327 | | Attack Damage | 129 (6) | 228 (11) | | DEX (piece) | 44 (4.2) | 0 | | HP | 15819 | 15950 | | SP | 1281 | 1265 | | ADB | 5429 | 5498 | | ACC | 187.3 | 185.8 | | Crit Damage | +77% | +80% | | Resist | 58.7 | 60.5 | | DEX (build) | 725 | 680
is there something that i don't know - like, for example, 1.5 more resist being unvaluable - or simply the savage one is slightly better because of higher ADB and for bragging rights on crit?

Question... where can I find low-grade metals? I've tried salvaging every unnecessary weapon and heavy armor that I can find, and all I have are five. Thanks!

Ah so they gotta be superior level. I'll wait for that. Or maybe put on my big boy pants and hit the RoB for some credits and go WTB. (I've only got like 100K credits.)

Item Shop Bot, eh? Not sure what price point to put it at. It says 200 is the minimum and 365 is the highest. *rubs chin*

Try 200. Several WTS shops have priced them at such. If that doesn't work just go to the WTS.

If you have time and want to save credits, just post a WTB with the price you'd like to pay, and slowly increase it until somebody bites.

I've seen here and there mentions of some "magic score"? How do you evaluate it?
