It'd be nice if Coupon clipper had multiple levels. Soul catcher is pretty nice, and I like extra strength formula.

QUOTE(mozilla browser @ Jul 26 2015, 11:15) which of the new perks look worthwhile? Enigma Energizer looks nice to me. Long Gone Before Daylight will eventually hit break-even, maybe in a year's time (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) No idea whether Crystarium IV and V are useful. It seems like I should go back towards high difficulty grindfests again? Dark Descent looks useful, but prohibitively expensive... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

QUOTE(Crush85 @ Jul 26 2015, 09:21) It'd be nice if Coupon clipper had multiple levels. I don't know if the only level available now is worth it. 1000 hath = 6.5?m credits for 10% discount. One would have to spend 65m credits at item shop alone for it to pay off. It sounds pretty silly. A sink created to reduce the effects of the item shop sink. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) 2000 hath = 13m? credits to multiply amnesia cost by 0.6? or so, need to spend some 22m credits worth of amnesia shards for that. It seems like I should go back towards high difficulty grindfests again? I think: Enigma Energizer - Pretty cheap and looks useful Yakety Sax - Useless Soul Catcher - Nice. Extra Strength Formula - Nice. Especially good if you have an army. That's Good Eatin' - Useless Coupon Clipper - Way too expensive for what it provides. Long Gone Before Daylight - The best new Hath Perk introduced in this time! Dark Descent - Nice, but only for rich bas...err...players. Time to take out my Pen-Tab and go for some Bounty Huntinng again! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) This post has been edited by tetron: Jul 26 2015, 11:39

QUOTE(tetron @ Jul 26 2015, 09:36) Soul Catcher - Nice. Do you really spend that many soul fragments? Unless one can't even play REs, someone of high enough level is probably getting many more than would be useful to spend. And even then it's only worth thinking about if you're going to straight buy more than ~325 of them. Might be worth it for the few rich low-level players who barely play but want benefits, but probably not for high level players. Long Gone Before Daylight - 2000 hath = 13m? to save 45k?/day, assuming one fully utilizes it. 289 days to pay off. Probably the best one. Dark Descent - 2000 hath = 13m? to multiply shards needed by 0.65? or so. Need 20m worth of shards to pay off. If amnesia price does not change much, need to use 1900 shards or so. Never gonna happen.

Yes. It's nice, for rich players that it. Since we already get at least 2 practically free SF per day (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) QUOTE(Superlatanium @ Jul 26 2015, 15:27) Long Gone Before Daylight - 2000 hath = 13m? to save 45k?/day, assuming one fully utilizes it. 289 days to pay off. Yep. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) QUOTE(Superlatanium @ Jul 26 2015, 15:27) Dark Descent - 2000 hath = 13m? to multiply shards needed by 0.65? or so. Need 20m worth of shards to pay off. If amnesia price does not change much, need to use 1900 shards or so. Never gonna happen.
But rich people will still unlock it. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Yea, probably thats not so good. Cleared first 2 and got only 30k credits, some E and lower gears. And that was ~40minutes. Sure trophies also has a bit value, but i also spend many pots. Actually thats very fast compare to 1h. Cleared final round with 10 monsters and half bosses in ~50 turns. And also i got 3t/s with mage. That was just wow, ive forgot about so incredibly high speed against boss. But their drop is so poor.

Arena Clear Bonus! [Magnificent Leather Leggings of Protection] The only one mag for all 3 sg.
Next one is fest. Hell. Near 30% reduction.
Looks quite simple. Diff bonus is same as old, but round bonus is lower. Also because cap is 5, than we mostly have different scales. This way hell increases from 8 to 16. As i know it was 1,7 start value, so 16/5/1,7=1,88 (instead old 3). Pf starts with 3 and cap is 5, so it should be 5/3=1,666. Tenboro said all has cap at 500 round, so pf probably has a bit slower increase. It also means a bit weird situation. If iwbth has same 1,88, than after 500 its 4,7 and its much closer to pf 5 than old 7,5-->9. It also a bit means there is no big sense to clear low diff. Hell gives 8-16, pf at start gives 15. Pf a bit slower, but it has much lower stamina/repair price, much better gear drop. Because new perks gives in 2 times more, than new crystals drop can be better. So prices for packs wont increase. Main grinders just buy new perks and gets even more crystals. But all ordinary players cant spend 6000-7750 hath, so they lose income.

Sounds like this is yet another scheme for adding more sinks to the game. Have to buy ~50+ * 200 = 10k worth of new consumable crap every time I repair. To reduce the effect of the repair sink, invest in expensive hath sink for lower item prices. To keep gaining crystals at the same rate we were in 0.82 and before, we have to throw our funds into other new hath sinks, and even then it's not much of a help.
Sounds like he just wants us to stop playing.

Next one is fest.Hell. 1st round - 8 (same) 100 - 10 (lower) 150 - still 10... 169 - 11. In old it was already 13. 300 - 13. So slow increase, it d be already 17+. 379 - Noticed im already getting 14. But its still very low. 439 - 15. -->1000 still doing.
Yay now I have no chance of getting enough crystals for my monsters......

QUOTE(Tenboro @ Jul 26 2015, 10:09)  Soul Fusing
- Soulfused equipment pieces now gain twice the normal amount of potency exp in the Item World and when applying upgrades.
it seems that now soulfusing has become a good way to speed up IW process. i guess too many people didn't do it, so tenboro HAD to do something to protect his nice credit sink (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

How was IW a credit sink? Only the reforging bit, perhaps, but even that is pretty minor at 8k per level, I'd think. QUOTE(nobody_xxx @ Jul 26 2015, 20:16) yup , this maybe will make IW service more cheaper (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) But once you've soulfused it, you can't engage someone to IW it for you (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) Unless you mean engaging someone with the hath perk for reduced shards.
