because most of decent equipments are generated at high level & other than those they ain't worth selling.
Levelling up is priority if wearing decent equips is your goal, use those yadayada people suggested.

How is it interesting? It doesn't make the game more fun. It only changes a minor battle mechanism that only the hardcore, min-maxing players would mildly care about for their spreadsheets

Personally, I would prefer having less control over each individual turn. Going first every time kind of makes it easy to predict how each turn will go (though I guess it would be pretty easy regardless).

750 <= PL < 1000: twice a day.
1000 <= PL < 1499: thrice a day.

But that was also the main purpose of 0.82. I guess the idea is that the equipment that drops at your level should be good enough at your level. Whether this works in practice is another matter.

Note that every speculation i say could be wrong but this is what i see.
That's the point: new players advanced faster than they should. The system will overgenerate credits that way & it's bad, tenboro made credit sink after sinks indicates that. You can compare credits you gain (through drops, not selling loots) at your level with when you're bare-handed.

The patch's goal was to nerf early level to discourage multi-accounting, so ... just as planned?

The new item system makes it easier to attempt difficulty though. It's probably even possible to do RE IWBTH before 100 and RE PFUDOR before 200 if you know how to.

Only with very high edb amount. At least for elemental its true. For example with 4+1 i have only something like 310 edb. It means edb staff still better. And with 3+2 its definitely better. And also easier to forge, because main power here is cheap elemental bindings instead destruction.

Of course Forging MDB is always more costly than Forging EDB. And don't forget that MDB can be forged up to Level 100, where EDB is limited to Level 50.
Overall, MDB is better, but for most cases, since many players don't have enough credits to fully forge MDB, EDB becomes the more economical option for them. That's why EDB Staffs are generally sought out by not so rich people, while the rich people seek top notch Destruction Staffs.

It's only natural. If mages had the same defense as Melee, the gameplay wouldn't be balanced. Besides, in this patch, playing Mage is now a lot more tricky for low level players.
