Why so hard rotation?
Even with mage on pf i use only imperil for offense. And my mage stats is very low. Its like 56% pmi with 46% evade and 18,5% parry. And i also face 380lvl mobs which is stronger.

18.5% Parry? Do you use obsolete armors that had DEX? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

There must be a better way of grinding proficiencies, I'm grinding staff and deprecating in a PFUDOR Crude IW and its still feels really slow. I even got 2 levels in Assimilator. At least its not costing potions unlimited mana with tapping/focus spam >_>.

tbh deprecating is quite quick, especially since you don't need it to be too high - i guess 200 for a melee~300 for a high-level mage is enough. staff is quite a hassle though.

also, don't train assimilator any more than this

Grind staff prof at the last round of T&T (100 round arena). Go at Hell or below, do not kill the tree. Keep regen and spirit shield on. Then keep hitting the dragon by your staff until you sleep.

For deprecating prof, 30 is enough. No reason to grind more than that. You only need imperil in 99%+ of the case. You need 3-4 turns of effect besides boss fight.
It will grow naturally if you use imperil in normal battle.

For some reason, I seem to have significantly more of the primary crystals than the mitigation crystals.

I think its just random. For example atm i have:
32228 vigor crystals
49525 fortitude crystals

Its the widest range, but its 17k crystals. Quite big difference.

Not rly. It worth something, but probably not higher than even 100k. Arctic suffix is very bad here.

Same. It has some value, but problem here is lvl. High lvl buys better gear, so its even hard to sell.

what do you mean by 'slow'? you should be able to raise up to 5 points every time, depending on how big is the difference between your level and your prof

I just upgrade all by same amount. It works ok, specially because i also have 1h set.

what do you mean by 'slow'? you should be able to raise up to 5 points every time, depending on how big is the difference between your level and your prof

I've been at it past few hours and went from 20~ to 50 staff and 70~ - 100~ deprecating. I've read somewhere that 0-200 should only take a few hours, guess probably not at my level.

I need cloth armor prof too lol. I only started being at wizard at level 90~, then poof in a few days im 223 so my stats are a bit lagging behind.

I'm just telling him how to do it with zero chance of dying.
Mace can't one-shot 90% of the monsters in the first turn, either.

Imo, I think it should be Haste, Spark, Spirit Shield. You wouldn't die on first turn right?

First-turn haste stopped working many patches ago.
All these legendaries have made you all risk-inviting (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

He needs to stop dying first, but even with mace shade, if he's dying in full-mag + iw his abilities must be horrible.

Rei-Tenshi had over 40% parry (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Never saw his gear but I'm sure that's with dex armor.
And it will never come back (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

Thanks also for the hint on copying equipment. I do not have much in the way of any scrap, but do have a fair amount of low mid everything, which I'll list for everyone's benefit, I'm willing to trade for help; I'm not begging here.

58 low, 66 mid Cloth
74 low 71 mid leather
169 low 107 mid metals
63 low 79 mid wood

@qw3rty67 - thanks again. I do have 22 million points of which some I can toss into int to get it up a bit.
I am am doing exactly that, doing arenas on normal for cash, even hard forces me to blow a draught or potion.
I'll work on getting depreciating up to 150 at least.

@mozilla browser thank you for the offer, I do not have scraps, as I was selling, not breaking down gear, but I do have the mats listed above. Let me know what you might consider a fair trade.

To all, I probably have a reasonable amount of good mats, including bindings etc. I'd be willing to trade for reasonable gear. First I guess I need to decide if I should be looking to move to a one handed heavy style at my level? or even a mage?
