How to know the true stats?

check base stats and then use these parameters to scale to your level

Is there any notable difference in drop rates across difficulties? (artifacts mostly) When I wish to grind, I'm trying to decide between going for ~700-800 slow rounds of PFUDORfest 1h (at which point too much time becomes spent healing), compared to much faster ~Hellfest completion (where I also have the option of equipping/levelbinding my mage gear to see how far it can take me).

PF-fest pros:
Lots more experience (considered a plus because the more XP I get now, the longer it'll take for my equipment to degrade in the future).
A much greater chance of L gear dropping
More crystal income (2x more than Hell)
More efficient stamina usage

Con: Time required

If artifact drop rate is the same, that's another point in favor of lower difficulty. I need to calculate experience/artifacts/crystals/stamina+repair per time once I know enough to do so.

Then again, I don't even know if going for artifacts is worth it at all. All PF-fest gave me only one, the one time I completed it.

Not that I'm aware of. The variables that ultimately affect artifact drop rate should just be Scavenger, Archaeologist, and monster PL. Maybe Quartermaster too, in a way.

I think difficulty only affects equipment quality and crystal drops.

What is your time for Hell-Fest, PF-Fest?

I'm wondering if I should just do grindfest, since Arenas were nerfed.

Is there any use in saving any superior equipments? How do you judge which equipment to keep and which equipment to bazaar/salvage for exquisites and above? There are just too many factors to look at.

Also, should I bazaar these equipment or salvage them?

I'd consider Exquisite the minimum to be possibly interesting, except for Superior Power Slaughter, at your level. All other superiors are junk.

Salvage average and lower, and exquisite and higher, if the scrap/grade value is higher than the bazaar value. Sell all Superior (because low-grade often won't even sell, and scrap/low grade value isn't worth it anyway). Also, sell all rare-tier gear.

PFUDORfest: 100~150 min, depends on ping and my focus on HV. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Hellfest: Have not been there for a year, but I guess 50~80 min.

BTW arena is better if you're seeking decent equipment loot.
On average I get 0~2 legs and several mags from full daily arena clear while no leg and only 1~3 mags from 2~4 PFUDORfest.
GF is better when your targets are crystals (with Crystarium III) and other items like artifacts, tokens, shards, etc...

I'm thinking, my next objective to work towards will be Orbital Friendship Cannon. 21 figurines will cost about 1.1 million. I think this is low enough to be my next target... would this be a better idea than getting a more expensive item?

Figurines prices have dropped to around 30-35k each.

Unfortunately, my equipment are utter crap. Until I stop gaining several levels a day, I'm trying to not invest in new equipment. 30-35k means they're really close to being in my range soon - I'll get the 250k from clearing TTT and second to last arena first time...

How helpful is the OFC? There isn't much detail about it in the wiki - what's the cooldown, mana cost, and what is the damage based on?
