QUOTE(MiAla @ Jun 21 2011, 19:59) Assuming that weapon bleed proc damage scales with proficiency I'd like to know if weapon/armor +damage stat modifies it aswell?
If you mean attack damage multiplier (ADM), then the answer should be no after 0.5.3. What it mean is: 1. Your weapon prof. now gives attack damage boost, depending on what kind of weapon you're using 2. Your weapon's ADM don't get any modifier from your prof.

Turned in an artifact while praying "drink please". Got 1x energy drink. Yay :3 So trophies can be turned in for equipment pieces, artifacts can be turned in for hath/crystals/drinks/stats, trophies drop from certain boss-mobs while artifacts are completely random, right? Is there any way to raise the weapon proc chance? Will it be increased one day if I'll keep running through the item wolrld, or it remains unchanged forever?

Thus far there is no way to increase proc chance, just duration (via item world). This doesn't necessarily mean there will never be a way in the future.
And yes, you are correct about trophies and artifacts. You can also get ability points from artifacts.

Does Stun effect work vs bosses? If so, would the two-handed mace be the best to fight them? For example mace with 28% stun for 4 seconds might be almost perma-stun-weapon, right? Or stun effects do not reapply on each other? Another question: I just dinged 70. Got the Regen spell. Tried to heal myself in battle with it and found out that it heals for only 29/turn for 11 turns, 319 hp overall. My Cure heals me for approx. 420-430 hp while costs 1 mp less. What is the point of Regen spell then?

Might be, but there are better ones. QUOTE Or stun effects do not reapply on each other?
They can. QUOTE Another question: I just dinged 70. Got the Regen spell. Tried to heal myself in battle with it and found out that it heals for only 29/turn for 11 turns, 319 hp overall. My Cure heals me for approx. 420-430 hp while costs 1 mp less. What is the point of Regen spell then?
For when you don't need lump sums of health, like grindfests / IWs. You'll find it more useful as time goes on. Get your curative proficiency up.

Does this mean that Regen scales better with proficiency?

A quick and stupid question: Is there any reason to grindfest in higher difficulties? I mean, is there any difference in drops and credits?

Yes, increase quality drops and credits.

QUOTE(cmdct @ Jun 22 2011, 01:59) Yes, increase quality drops and credits.
Thanks. I'm just trying to grind in heroic, and the credits I received each round seems to be the same as playing in hard. I finished the grindfest and tried to see how much credits I obtained. Heroic: 7700 in 175 rounds, average 44 credits per round. Hard: 7700 in 200 rounds, average 39 credits per round. And I also considered the stamina effect. 1 energy drink costs 14000, and can play 1000 rounds of grindfest. So it's about 14 credits per round of grindfest for the stamina effect. By playing in heroic, I can gain about 30 credits per round, compared to 24.5 credits I can gain when playing in hard. So it's a 25% increase in efficiency (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Well sure we all wanted to have the same multiplier for credits as we have for exp, but doesn't happen (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) The "efficiency" depend how far how go in the higher difficulty because initial rounds has less monsters on the field.

The amount of health restored per turn increases with proficiency, and it lasts longer. Double benefit.

Without potions, I can only go 18 rounds or so in grindfest on hard. I wonder how I can improve it. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Are you melee? Try a good proc mace or decent 2H bleeder, Illithid or vampire may be good choices too if you're looking for longevity

Yes, currently rapier + shield+silk. I cannot go deep in grindfest. That is why I wonder if I do something wrong. Thanks for the advice. I will try to increase the proficiency of 2H. Or go to mage. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Yeah 1H + shield is a little too taxing on the "hits received" category. Even if you have stacked block/evade, you're probably taking a ridiculous amount of attacks from mobs so naturally your longevity will suffer.

Just picked up some random Fine Mace of Balance and went to Grindfest. After few rounds all I can say is: "Are You Freaking Kidding Me?". I mean, seriously? And these stun procs DO work vs bosses? REALLY? This means I can wipe out any single target enemy @ Ring of Blood with just a simple mace simply poking Attack - Attack - Attack - Attack? Wow.

QUOTE(MiAla @ Jun 21 2011, 19:14) Yes, as long as you: - don't miss too much - get the stun chance often enough - move fast enough compared to the enemy - don't get bored from taking 1000s of turns

By the way, regarding these "misses"... I am currently @ 80% attack accuracy and my Scythe set has 51,1% bonus hit chance, yet sometimes I miss twice in a row. Is there any tricky formula to calculate some "hit cap" for my level? BTW my Niten set does not miss at all. Currently @ +87,6% hit.
