A couple of minutes is possible, it depens on the arena you play. And if you dont really look at your clearence speed, it doenst even matter, but if you do, it is not to underestimate. But i would suggest, if you do this, to have at least magical hit chance of 95% higher is of course better.

The boost probably because its quite hard to get even 2 pa stacks if mob dies quite fast.

Is imperil important for 1H? or PA itself is enough?

Generally no need to use against normal mobs.
It can be useful to save turns especially when using 1H's skill combo (1 tier -> 2 tier) or OFC against SG's and godclass mobs.
For example,
- TT&T without Imperil : 200~250 turns
- TT&T with Imperil : ~150 turns

Also you can easy ignore soulbinding on shield. It gives like nothing special.
That 42,37% block after 446-->300 lvl downgrade still has 39,84%. Its rly nothing special. So if you need extra block than better choice is forge.

You did triple trio in 250 max?
I did FSM in 420 turns. Even with infusions I only cut it down to 330. I am doing something very wrong.
